ԱՊՀ պետությունների ղեկավարները համատեղ հայտարարություն են ընդունել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱնկախ պետությունների համագործակցության (ԱՊՀ) կազմավորման 30-ամյակի կապակցությամբ մասնակից երկրների ղեկավարները հայտարարություն են արել, որի տեքստը մեջբերում Է ԱՊՀ-ի գործադիր կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Ինչպես հետեւում Է փաստաթղթից, պետությունների ղեկավարներն ընդունում են, որ ԱՊՀ-ի ստեղծումը տեղի Է ունեցել լուրջ աշխարհաքաղաքական պայմաններում:
«Երեսուն տարի առաջ լուրջ աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխությունների ժամանակաշրջանում ստորագրվեց Համաձայնագիր Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության ստեղծման մասին, այդ Համաձայնագրի արձանագրությունը եւ Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրը»,-ասվում Է երկրների համար պատմական որոշման մասին հայտարարության մեջ:
Այսպիսով այսօր Համագործակցության երկրներն ունեն իրավական բազայի անհրաժեշտություն, որը թույլ Է տալիս կազմակերպել շահավետ փոխգործակցություն: Դրա հիմքը տնտեսական կապերն են: Լիարժեք առեւտրից Է կախված Համագործակցության քաղաքացիների բարեկեցությունը:
Դրա աճի ապահովումը հնարավոր Է առաջավոր ձեւերի եւ տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման հաշվին: Մասնավորապես, «կանաչ» տնտեսության, թվայնացման, արդյունաբերական կոոպերացման եւ ինովացիաների զարգացման միջոցով: Երկրները կարող են բարելավել լոգիստիկան, ինչպես նաեւ ավելի նպատակահարմար ձեւով օգտագործել ռեսուրսները:
Վերջին հաշվով, այդ բոլոր պայմաններն ուղղված են ԱՊՀ-ի պետությունների քաղաքացիների զբաղվածությանը: Պետությունների ղեկավարները հաստատել են հետագա համագործակցությունը՝ մինչեւ 2030 թվականն ընկած ժամանակաշրջանի համար ԱՊՀ-ի տնտեսական զարգացման ռազմավարության համաձայն:
Հումանիտար ոլորտում հրատապ խնդիրներից մեկը մնում Է 1941-1945 թվականի Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի ընդհանուր Հաղթանակի մասին հիշողության պահպանումը:
ԱՊՀ-ի պետությունների ղեկավարներg անվտանգության ոլորտում նշել են այնպիսի սպառնալիքներ, ինչպիսիք են միջազգային ահաբեկչությունը, ծայրահեղականությունը, անդրսահմանային կազմակերպված հանցավորությունը, թմրանյութերի անօրինական արտադրությունն ու շրջանառությունը, ինչպես նաեւ հանցավոր նպատակներով տեխնոլոգիաների օգտագործումը: Ամփոփիչ տեքստում նաեւ արտացոլված Է անհանգստությունը կորոնավիտրուսի համաշխարհային համավարակի կապակցությամբ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
