Հայկական կողմում տեղադրված տեսախցիկներն արձանագրել են կրակող ադրբեջանցուն. տեսանյութ
VIDEOԱրցախի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը տեսագրություն է հրապարակել, որում երևում է, թե ինչպես է ադրբեջանցի զինվորականը կրակում հայկական դիրքի ուղղությամբ։
«2020թ. հոկտեմբերի սկզբներից սկսած` ադրբեջանական կողմը միտումնավոր թույլ է տալիս 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին ՀՀ վարչապետի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների կողմից եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության խախտում և արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման տարբեր հատվածներում իրականացնում է սադրիչ գործողություններ: Դրանք մեկնարկել են Մարտակերտ քաղաքում քաղաքացիական խաղաղ բնակչի սպանությամբ և շարունակվել շփման գծի տարբեր հատվածներում»,– նշել է Արցախի ԱԱԾ–ն:
Եթե նախկինում կրակոցները հաճախ կրել են նախազգուշական նպատակ և ուղղված չէին հայ զինծառայողներին, ապա վերջին օրերին կտրուկ փոփոխվել է կրակոցի ուղղությունը` որպես թիրախ ընտրելով արդեն մարդկային կյանքերը:
«Երեկ Մարտունու շրջանի Նոր Շեն համայնքի հարևանությամբ տեղակայված ադրբեջանական դիրքից թիրախային գնդակոծության է ենթարկվել նույն գյուղի խաղաղ բնակչությանը պաշտպանելու նպատակով դրա մոտակայքում տեղակայված հայկական դիրքը: Դիմահար կրակոցներն արձակվել են այն աստիճան բացահայտ, որ դրանք արձանագրվել են հայկական կողմում տեղադրված տեսախցիկների կողմից»,– գրված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Տեսանյութն ապացուցում է ոչ միայն հակառակորդի սադրիչ վարվելակերպը, այլև ակնհայտորեն վկայում, որ հայկական կողմը հավատարիմ է բարձր մակարդակով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությանը և որևէ վտանգ չի ներկայացնում ադրբեջանական զինվորականների համար:
Միաժամանակ ԱԱԾ–ն կրկին խնդրում և հորդորում է զերծ մնալ արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի առնչությամբ չստուգված, հեռախոսազանգերի միջոցով որոնված թերի կամ իրականությանը բացարձակապես չհամընկնող տեղեկությունները հանրայնացնելու անընդունելի և անտրամաբանական մոտեցումներից։ Ցանկացած սուտ կամ կեղծ տեղեկություն ուղիղ հարված է սահմանային բնակավայրերի խաղաղ բնակիչների անվտանգությանը, նրանց հոգեկան առողջությանը, նպաստում է խուճապ և առավել վտանգավոր այլ հետևանքներ առաջացնելուն:
