Սադրիչ գործողությունները սկսվել են դեռևս հոկտեմբերի 13-ից․ ԱՀ դատախազությունը մանրամասներ է հայտնում

Արցախի Հանրապետության դատախազությունից հայտնում են, որ ԱՀ գլխավոր դատախազն ու գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալը երեկ ուշ երեկոյան մեկնել են Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարտունու շրջանի Նոր շեն համայնքում տեղի ունեցած դեպքի վայր, հանդիպել համայնքի ղեկավար Գևորգ Հարությունյանի և զինվորականների հետ։
Տեղում ծավալված քննարկումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հայկական դիրքից ընդամենը 400 մետր հեռավորությամբ տեղակայված ադրբեջանական հենակետում սադրիչ գործողությունները սկսվել են դեռևս հոկտեմբերի 13-ից։
Դեպքի օրը տևական ժամանակ բացահայտ կերպով ուղիղ թիրախավորվել են մեր մարտական դիրքերը ` ակնհայտ վտանգելով քաղաքացիական բնակավայրի անվտանգությունն ապահովող հայկական դիրքում ծառայություն իրականացնող անձանց կյանքն ու առողջությունը:
Հոկտեմբերի 14-ին ադրբեջանական կողմը արդեն թիրախավորել է հայ զինծառայողների վրանը ավելի մեծ տրամաչափի զինատեսակով, որի արդյունքում ունեցանք 6 վիրավոր, որոնցից երկուսի վիճակը բժիշկների կողմից գնահատվել է ծանր:
Վիրավորների կյանքը հնարավոր եղավ փրկել Նոր շենի համայնքի ղեկավարի ու զինվորականների աննախադեպ օպերատիվ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ: Իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից ձեռնարկվում են քրեադատավարական գործողություններ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Մանր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներից կրակոցների տեսքով սադրիչ գործողություններ կատարվել են նաև Մարտունու շրջանի Հարավ և Մյուրիշեն համայնքների մոտակայքում տեղակայված ադրբեջանական դիրքերից:
Դեպքից անմիջապես հետո ռուս խաղաղապահները մեկնել են լարվածության օջախներ, որից հետո կրակոցները դադարել են:
Վերջին օրերին տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները վկայում են, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման տարբեր հատվածներում փորձում է սադրիչ գործողություններով խուճապային տրամադրություններ ձևավորել խաղաղ բնակչության մոտ, որի իրագործման նպատակով սպանվեց նաև Մարտակերտի քաղաքային համայնքի տարածքում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ իրականացնող Արամ Տեփնանցը:
