Հոկտեմբերի 1-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում, որի ժամանակ հնչել են փոխադարձ կրակոցներ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, այդ օրը ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի իրենց գործընկերերի հետ համատեղ Կոտայքի մարզում իրականացրել են առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործություն կատարելու մեջ կասկածվող, հետսխուզման մեջ գտնվող անձի հայտնաբերմանը և ձերբակալմանն ուղղված միջոցառում:

Ոստիկանները  Արզնի գյուղում դարանակալել են  իրենց կողմից որոնվող կասկածյալ ծանր հանցագործին, ով կեսգիշերին մոտ Mercedes մակնիշի  70 RA 700 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով մոտեցել է դարանակալված վայրին, ինչից հետո ոստիկանները հորդորել են, որպեսզի նա կանգնեցնի մեքենան, սակայն վերջինս չենթարկվելով ոստիկանների օրինական «կանգ առ» պահանջին, Mercedes-ը քշել է ոստիկանների ուղղությամբ, ընթացքում կրակ բացելով ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների ուղղությամբ, ապա դիմել փախուստի:

Իրավապահները շարունակել են հետապնդել փախուստի դիմած Mercedes-ին, ապա կրակել են ավտոմեքենայի անվադողերի ուղղությամբ, սակայն մի քանի կիլոմետր հետապնդելով, Mercedes -ը փախել է ամառանոցների քարքարոտ ճանապարհներով, ապա ավտոմեքենան թողնելով ամայի դաշտում՝ դիմել են փախուստի:
