INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀայաստանի իշխանությունները անպայման պետք է օգտագործեն Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության դեմ բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործով Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի կայացրած որոշման նախադեպը՝ ներկայումս Բաքվի բանտում գտնվող հայ ռազմագերիների ազատմանը հասնելու համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց ինքը՝ բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ ՄԻԵԴ-ի մեծ պալատը մերժել է իր գործով որոշման դեմ Ադրբեջանի բողոքը՝ ուժի մեջ թողնելով ՄԻԵԴ-ի 2021 թ. մայիսի 20-ի վճիռը Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի ապօրինի ազատազրկման, Բաքվի բանտում նրան կտտանքների ենթարկելու և նրա դեմ մահափորձի մեջ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը մեղավոր ճանաչելու մասին:
Բլոգերը ընդգծեց Ստրասբուրգի դատարանում Ադրբեջանի դեմ տարած իր հաղթանակի քաղաքական նշանակությունը:
«Ես, իհարկե, դույզն-ինչ չէի կասկածում, որ Ադրբեջանը բողոքարկման դեպքում էլ կպարտվի: Բայց ամենակարևորն այս պարագայում այն է, որ իմ կարծիքով՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները անպայման պետք է օգտագործեն իմ նախադեպը, եվրոպական դատարանում տարած իմ հաղթանակը ներկայումս Բաքվի բանտում գտնվող հայ ռազմագերիների ազատման գործում», - «Արմենպրես»-ին հայտնեց բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինը՝ հավելելով, որ ինքն ամբողջությամբ բավարարված է եվրոպական դատարանի որոշումով:
Ինչ վերաբերում է փոխհատուցման գումարի չափին՝ Լապշինն ասաց, որ այն շատ սիմվոլիկ է: Թեև բլոգերը վստահ չէ, որ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը կվճարի այդ փոխհատուցումը:
Ըստ ՄԻԵԴ-ի մայիսի 20-ի որոշման՝ Ադրբեջանը պարտավորվում է 30 հազար եվրո փոխհատուցում վճարել Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին:
«Գումարն, իհարկե, սիմվոլիկ է: Ասեմ ավելին՝ ես խիստ կասկածում եմ, որ Ադրբեջանը կվճարի այդ գումարը: Կանցնեն տարիներ, մինչև որ Եվրոպայում նրանց ակտիվների սառեցման, Եվրոպայի խորհուրդ ներկայացրած մեր բողոքների միջոցով կստիպենք նրանց վճարել: Բայց հարցը գումարը չէ, հարցը կայացված որոշման նախադեպն է, որն անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել ի շահս Հայաստանի», - նշեց Ալեքսանդր Լապշինը:
