«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես ոլորտի մասնագետներն են փաստում, այս իշխանությունները ձախողել են նաև գյուղատնտեսական հողակտորների ոռոգման գործընթացը։ Նշենք, որ 2018 թվականից հետո արդեն 5 անգամ փոխել են տվյալ միջոցառման գլխավոր պատասխանատու համարվող Ջրպետկոմի նախագահին, սակայն դրանից ոռոգման վիճակը, որպես կանոն, ավելի է վատացել։ Բացառություն չէր նաև վերջին նախագահ Կարեն Սարգսյանը, որը «լավ» աշխատանքի համար նշանակվեց մարզպետ։ «

Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս տարվա ոռոգման ձախողման հարցում ամենահետաքրքիրը կուլիսային մեղավորների «նշանակումն» է։ Բանն այն է, որ ոլորտի գլխավոր պատասխանատուի անմիջական «շեֆ» համարվող տարածքային կառավարման նորանշանակ նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը փորձում է մեղավորներ փնտրել՝ բացատրելով, որ մինչ իր նշանակումը սխալ է կառավարվել ջուրը, այդ իսկ պատճառով չեն կարողացել կազմակերպել պատշաճ ոռոգում։

Նշենք, որ ոռոգման անփույթ կազմակերպման հետևանքով Հայաստանում առկա գրեթե բոլոր ջրամբարներում առկա ջուրը նվազագույն թույլատրվող ծավալից պակաս է։ Ի դեպ, քչերին է հայտնի, որ ջրամբարներում նվազագույն ծավալից պակաս ջուր թողնելը ուղիղ սպառնալիք է ջրամբարի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող բնակավայրերի համար, քանի որ նվազագույն ծավալ ապահովելը նպաստում է պատվարի ամրությանը։
