BLOGԱյսօր Արցախի Մարտակերտ քաղաքի 55-ամյա խաղաղ բնակչի սպանությունը ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հայատյացության և թշնամանքի շարունակվող պետական քաղաքականության ուղիղ հետևանքն է: Այս մասին ասվում է Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի հայտարարությունում:
«Խաղաղ բնակիչ Արամ Տեփնանցը սպանվել է դիպուկահարի կրակոցից նռան այգում աշխատանք կատարելիս: Այս տեղեկությունը հաստատել է Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը:
Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի այս հանցավոր արարքը՝ Արցախի հայ խաղաղ բնակչի սպանությունը, նրա կյանքի իրավունքի բացահայտ դիտավորությամբ անօրինական խախտում է:
Այս ողբերգական միջադեպը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ հայ բնակչության կյանքի, անվտանգության ու խաղաղ ապրելու, մյուս կենսական իրավունքների երաշխավորում անհնար է ատելության և թշնամանքի ադրբեջանական խորքային քաղաքականության պայմաններում և նաև քանի դեռ նման հանցավոր արարքների համար պատժված չեն դրանք կատարողներն ու հայատյացությունը հովանավորող ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները»:
