«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նախօրեին, անդրադառնալով կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստման գործընթացին, մասնավորաբար կեղծ պատվաստումների մասին տեղեկություններին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱԱԾ-ին ու ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարեց. «Ձերբակալեք, կալանավորեք»: Ընդհանրապես, ակնհայտ էր, որ Փաշինյանը բավականին ջղագրգիռ էր: Իրականում նրա անհանգստություններն ու զայրույթը բավականին խոր հիմքեր ունեն և պայմանավորված չեն քաղաքացիների առողջության մասին մտահոգությամբ:

Ըստ մեր ունեցած տեղեկությունների, Փաշինյանը հիանալի հասկանում է, որ պատվաստման ցածր տոկոսը ուղիղ համեմատական է իր ու իր թիմի վարկանիշին, քանի որ հանրությունը որևէ կերպ չի վստահում իշխանություններին ու նրանց խոսքերին, այդ թվում՝ նույնիսկ այնպիսի կարևորագույն հարցում, ինչպիսին պատվաստումն է: Դրա արդյունքում նա ավելի ու ավելի է նյարդայնանում՝ շտապեցնելով ոլորտի պատասխանատուներին: Ի հետևանս, գործընթացն ավելի է տուժում:

Բոլորին արագորեն զանգվածաբար պատվաստելու մոլուցքն իր հերթին հանգեցրել է բացասական այլ երևույթների, այդ թվում՝ ՊՇՌ հետազոտության լիցենզիա չունեցող ԲԿ-ների կողմից տեստի անցկացման (ինչի մասին մենք գրել ենք նախորդ համարում), առանց պատվաստման կեղծ «թուղթ» տալու դեպքերի, ինչի մասին խոսում էր Փաշինյանը, և այլն: Այսինքն, ձևավորվում է կոռուպցիոն լուրջ «ինստիտուտ»՝ իր բոլոր ծանր հետևանքներով:
