Ադրբեջանը չի դադարում փորձերը՝ խեղաթյուրելու Շուշիի եկեղեցու հայկական ինքնությունը. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Վահան Հունանյանի մեկնաբանություն է տվել Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ կողմից Շուշիի Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ Ղազանչեցոց Մայր տաճարի կրկնակի ռմբակոծման մեկ տարվա կապակցությամբ․

«2020թ. հոկտեմբերի 8-ին Արցախի և նրա ժողովրդի դեմ սանձազերծված ռազմական ագրեսիայի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը գերճշգրիտ զինատեսակներով կրկնակի օդային հարվածներ հասցրին Շուշիի Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ Ղազանչեցոց Մայր տաճարին՝ վերջինիս պատճառելով զգալի ավերածություններ: Նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հաշված օրեր անց նույն եկեղեցին ենթարկվեց վանդալիզմի և սրբապղծման։ Շուշիի Մայր տաճարի ֆիզիկական վնասմանը զուգահեռ Ադրբեջանը չի դադարում փորձերը` խեղաթյուրելու եկեղեցու հայկական ինքնությունը, որն իրականացվում է վերանորոգման պատրվակով եկեղեցու ճարտարապետական տեսքի փոփոխման միջոցով:

Պաշտամունքի վայրի կրկնակի դիտավորյալ հրիթառակոծումը ոչ միայն միջազգային իրավունքով, մասնավորապես՝ «Զինված ընդհարման դեպքում մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության մասին» Հաագայի 1954 թվականի կոնվենցիայով և դրան կից երկրորդ արձանագրությամբ (1999 թ.) դատապարտելի հանցագործություն է, այլ նաև մտադրությունների խորհրդանշական բացահայտում․ այն Արցախի տարածքում հայկական ներկայության ցանկացած հետքի բնաջնջմանն ուղղված Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականության ակնհայտ դրսևորում է:

Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիայից մեկ տարի անց Արցախի՝ ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ հայտնված տարածքներում գտնվող շուրջ 1500 պատմամշակութային ժառանգության և պաշտամունքի վայրերի, ինչպես նաև հազարավոր թանգարանային նմուշների ճակատագիրը շարունակում է մնալ անորոշ և վտանգված:

Բազմաթիվ են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից հայկական եկեղե­ցիների, մշակութային և կրոնական այլ հուշարձանների միտումնավոր ոչնչացման և վանդալիզմի փաստագրված դեպքերը։ Բացի այդ, դրանց ֆիզիկական ոչնչացման հետ մեկտեղ ականատես ենք լինում Ադրբեջանի կողմից հետևողական կերպով իրա­կանացվող պատմական փաստերի կեղծմանը և հայկական հուշարձանների ինքնության խեղաթյուրմանը:

Այս համատեքստում, թերևս, պատահական չէ, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է արգելափակել կամ հնարավորինս սահմանափակել ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի փորձագիտական առաքելության մուտքը դեպի վտանգված հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության վայրեր` փորձելով կոծկել իր կողմից գործած պատերազմական հանցագործությունները:

Ժողովուրդների մշակութային ու հոգևոր ժառանգություն հանդիսացող պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների և պաշտամունքի վայրերի դեմ ուղղված վայրագությունները կոպտորեն խախտում են միջազգային իրավունքը, հակասում են համամարդկային արժեքներին և խստագույնս դատապարտելի են։

Շուշիի Մայր տաճարը Արցախում Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու կարևոր կենտրոններից է, և հայ եկեղեցու սպասավորներն ու հետևորդները պետք է անարգել մուտք ունենան այդ սրբատեղի»,- ասված է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
