Ապօրինություններ Ծաղկաձորում. համայնքի վնասը 66 մլն դրամի է
SOCIETYՔրեական ոստիկանության կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչությունում ստացված տեղեկությունների հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ` 2018-2020 թվականներին Կոտայքի մարզի Ծաղկաձոր համայնքի ղեկավարի ապօրինությունների վերաբերյալ:
2018 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ին, անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, իր պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով, նա խախտել է հողային օրենսգրքի դրույթները` ընդամենը մեկ մասնակցով կայացած աճուրդով կես հեկտար հողամասը մոտ 23 միլիոն 977 հազար դրամով օտարել է սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ մի ընկերության, այնինչ հանգստի համար նախատեսված հատուկ պահպանվող հողամասի շուկայական արժեքը եղել է 90 միլիոն դրամ: Այս դեպքով համայքին պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` 66 միլիոն դրամի վնաս:
Նույն եղանակով 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ին երկրորդ մասնակցի բացակայության պայմաններում համայնքի ղեկավարը կազմել է երկու մասնակցով աճուրդի կեղծ փաստաթղթեր և համայնքին պատկանող 12 միլիոն դրամ շուկայական արժեք ունեցող մեկ այլ հանգստի համար նախատեսված հատուկ պահպանվող հողամասը օտարել ընդամենը 3 միլիոն 483 հազար դրամով, ինչի հետևանքով համայնքին պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 8 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամից ավելի վնաս։
2020 թվականին Ծաղկաձոր համայնքի ղեկավարը դիտավորությամբ միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկել Ծաղկաձորում գտնվող մի խաղատան սեփականատիրոջ կողմից խաղատան դիմացի շուրջ 810 քմ համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողամասի ինքնակամ զավթումը և այդ տարածքում ավտոկայանատեղիի կառուցումը կասեցնելու ուղղությամբ՝ չկիրառելով օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պատասխանատվության միջոցներ։
Առերևույթ հանցագործությունների դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
