2 կիտրոնների կեղևը քերելուց հետո լցրեք ապակե տարայի մեջ: Վրան ձիթապտղի յուղ ավելացրեք: Տարան ծածկեք և թողեք խառնուրդը մնա 2 շաբաթ: Երբ ժամանակն անցնի, խառնուրդով մերսեք ցավող հատվածները: Ապա թանզիֆի (марля) միջոցով ամրացրեք կեղևն ու թողեք մնա ամբողջ գիշեր:
