«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
realtribune.ru-ն գրում է, որ, ըստ հրատարակության գլխավոր խմբագիր Սարգիս Ծատուրյանի, Հայաստանում և Արցախում համակարգային ճգնաժամ է. «Ցավում եմ Արցախի և Հայաստանի դեմ ադրբեջանա-թուրքական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով զոհված կամ տուժած մեր եղբայրների ու քույրերի համար: Միայն հիշողությունը բավարար չէ: Վրեժը բավարար չէ: Միայն բառերը բավարար չեն, բայց մինչև չխոսենք, ոչինչ տեղից չի շարժվի: Առաջին հերթին՝ մենք պետք է հարգանք մատուցենք ընկածների հիշատակին ադրբեջանա-թուրքական ագրեսիայի՝ անկախ միջազգային հետաքննության միջոցով, ինչը թույլ կտա գնահատել պատերազմի ընթացքում և պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանի կառավարության գործողությունները:
Կառավարությունը, պարզ է, ինքն իրեն չի հետաքննի: Սփյուռքը պետք է դա անի: Բոլոր գաղտնիքները պետք է բացահայտվեն: Մենք պետք է ընդունենք հետևյալը. Հայաստանը և Արցախը ապրում են ոչ միայն ճգնաժամ, այլ համակարգային ճգնաժամ, որի հաղթահարման համար կպահանջվի առնվազն 10 տարի: Հեշտ ու պարզ լուծումներ այլևս օրակարգում չկան: Ճգնաժամը հարվածել է ամբողջ հասարակական կյանքին՝ ռազմաքաղաքական ոլորտից մինչև տնտեսություն և մշակույթ:
Պատերազմը սաստկացրել է համակարգային ճգնաժամը, դարձել դրա հետևանքը, այլ ոչ թե պատճառը: Ճգնաժամից հնարավոր է դուրս գալ միայն այն դեպքում, եթե լինի քայլ առ քայլ ծրագիր, որը կներկայացնի մարտավարական և ռազմավարական քայլեր յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտում: Հակառակ դեպքում մենք անվերջ ճգնաժամի մեջ ընկղմված կլինենք: Կոռուպցիան և հարկերից խուսափելը պետք է համարվեն պետական դավաճանություն: Եթե պաշտոնյան կամ գործարարը գումար է գողացել, ապա դրանով նա ժողովրդին զրկել է ագրեսորի դեմ պայքարելու միջոցներից:
Դա նշանակում է, որ նա ուղղակիորեն կամ անուղղակիորեն օգնում է ագրեսորին, և պետք է պատժվի: Անբարոյական և անընդունելի է, երբ Հայաստանում, որտեղ ամեն երկրորդ երեխան ապրում է աղքատության մեջ, բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները թանկարժեք մեքենաներով և անվտանգությամբ են շրջում, օթևանում օտարերկրյա թանկարժեք հյուրանոցներում:
Եթե նրանք ընկղմված են աղբի մեջ, ապա նրանք պետք է ուղարկվեն պատմության աղբարկղ` իրենց աղբի հետ միասին: Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը և նրա արտաքին քաղաքականությունը պետք է ապամոնոպոլիզացված լինեն: Տնտեսության մեջ մենաշնորհը միշտ ծնում է աղքատություն, իսկ արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ՝ ռազմական ագրեսիա, քանի որ մենաշնորհն ի վիճակի չէ արդյունավետ որոշումներ կայացնել և վախկոտ է»:
