Փաշինյանը կրկին պնդեց, որ Շուշիում 30 տարում բավարար չափով ներդրումներ չեն արվել
POLITICSՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին պնդում է, որ Շուշիում 30 տարիների ընթացքում բավարար թվով ներդրումներ չեն արվել, բավարար թվով բնակելի շենքեր չեն կառուցվել: Փաշինյանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ-ում կառավարության անդամների հետ հարցուպատասխանին՝ անդրադառնալով «Պատիվ ունեմ»-ից Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի հարցին:
Աբրահամյանը մեջբերեց Լիտվայում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հնչեցված միտքը. «Շուշիի մասին, որ այդքան խոսում ենք, 30 տարվա ընթացքում Շուշիում քա՞նի բնակելի շենք է կառուցվել, ինչո՞ւ ոչ ոք հարց չի տալիս, թե ինչու չի կառուցվել, տրամաբանությունը ո՞րն է եղել, փող չեն ունեցե՞լ»:
Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ Շուշիում բազմաթիվ բազմաբնակարան շենքեր են եղել, առանձնատներ, ԿԲ-ի մասնաճյուղը, մշակույթի պալատ, սպայական շենքր և մի շարք այլ հիմնարկներ, պաշտոնական տեղեկություններով Շուշիում ապրել է մոտ 4000 բնակիչ: Նա հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյոք Փաշինյանը պատերազմից առաջ եղե՞լ է Շուշիում և չի՞ արձանագրել իր նկարագրած շինությունները:
Վարչապետը, արձագանքելով Աբրահամյանին, ասաց, որ այդ ամբիոնից ինքը խոսել է նաև այն տարածքների մասին, որոնց վերաբերյալ նաև «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը բարձրաձայնել է հարցեր: «Այն, ինչ, որ տեսնելու էր, ես տեսել եմ բնականաբար, և այն, ինչ ասել եմ, բնականաբար, այդ ամենը որևէ կասկածի տակ դրվել չի կարող»,-ասաց Փաշինյանն ու հավելեց, որ Լիտվայում իր արած հայտարարություններին որևէ ավելացնելու բան չունի:
Փաշինյանը հստակեցրեց՝ ինքը խոսել է բնակելի շենքերի կառուցման մասին: Նա նշեց, որ Աբրահամյանի նշած ցանկը կարող է մեկ էջի վրա չտեղավորվել: «Իսկ ի՞նչ ծավալի ներդրումներ են արվել: Եկեք հաշվենք, թե ինչ ծավալի ներդրումներ են արվել Շուշիում և ինչ ծավալի ներդրումներ են արվել Բադեն-Բադենում: Տեսնենք այդ ներդրումներն իրար հետ որևէ համեմատության եզր ունե՞ն: Ի՞նչ եք հետապնդում այդ հարցերով, ձեզ թվում է, թե մենակ դու՞ք եք եղել Շուշիում, ես չեմ եղե՞լ, մարդիկ չեն եղե՞լ, մյուս տարածքներում մարդիկ չեն եղե՞լ, չեն տեսե՞լ, թե ինչ վիճակ է: Ես տպավորություն ունեմ, որ զուգահեռ իրականությունների մեջ ենք ապրում: Այն, ինչ հայտարարել եմ, ճիշտ եմ հայտարարել»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
