Այսօր Ազգային ժողովի հերթական նիստում առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել է Կառավարության հեղինակած «ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Պողոսյանը ներկայացրել է առաջարկվող փոփոխությունների փաթեթը ըստ որի.
հիպոտեկային վարկի սպասարկման համար վարձու աշխատող հանդիսացող ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից վճարված տոկոսների գումարների չափով եկամտային հարկը՝
ա. 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից հետո ստացված հիպոտեկային վարկերի մասով չի վերադարձվում, եթե սույն հոդվածի 1-ին մասով սահմանված անշարժ գույքը գտնվում է կամ կառուցվում է կամ կառուցվելու է ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանված՝ շինությունների տարածագնահատման (գտնվելու վայրի)՝ Երեւան քաղաքի վարչական տարածքում ներառված առաջին գոտում,
բ. 2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից հետո ստացված հիպոտեկային վարկերի մասով չի վերադարձվում, եթե սույն հոդվածի 1-ին մասով սահմանված անշարժ գույքը գտնվում է կամ կառուցվում է կամ կառուցվելու է ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանված՝ շինությունների տարածագնահատման (գտնվելու վայրի)՝ Երեւան քաղաքի վարչական տարածքում ներառված երկրորդ գոտում,
գ. 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից հետո ստացված հիպոտեկային վարկերի մասով չի վերադարձվում, եթե սույն հոդվածի 1-ին մասով սահմանված անշարժ գույքը գտնվում է կամ կառուցվում է կամ կառուցվելու է ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանված՝ շինությունների տարածագնահատման (գտնվելու վայրի)՝ Երեւան քաղաքի վարչական տարածքում ներառված՝ երրորդ գոտում,
դ. 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից հետո ստացված հիպոտեկային վարկերի մասով չի վերադարձվում, եթե սույն հոդվածի 1-ին մասով սահմանված անշարժ գույքը գտնվում է կամ կառուցվում է կամ կառուցվելու է ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանված՝ շինությունների տարածագնահատման (գտնվելու վայրի)՝ Երեւան քաղաքի վարչական տարածքում ներառված՝ սույն կետի «ա», «բ» եւ «գ» ենթակետերում չնշված գոտիներում:»:
ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ ՝ Վահե Հակոբյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը դեմ է քվեարկելու նախագծի այս տարբերակին: Առաջինից երկրորդ ընթերցում ընկած ժամանակահատվածում խմբակցությունը կներկայացնի առաջարկություններ:
