«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
ukraina.ru-ն «Մարկեդոնովը գնահատել է Ղարաբաղի պատերազմի արդյունքները Ռուսաստանի համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ղարաբաղյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքները շատ մշուշոտ են, և կարելի է տեսնել Ռուսաստանի թե՛ հզորացման, թե՛ թուլացման գործոնները: Այս մասին Ukraine.ru- ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ՄԳԻՄՕ- ի առաջատար գիտաշխատող, «International Analytics» ամսագրի գլխավոր խմբագիր Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը: Նա նշել է, որ չնայած Թուրքիան աջակցել է Ադրբեջանին հակամարտության մեջ, սակայն չի կարելի ասել, որ պատերազմի արդյունքները զգալիորեն մեծացրել են նրա քաղաքական կշիռը, իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանին, ապա Ղարաբաղում պատերազմը երկիմաստ կերպով է անդրադարձել նրա դիրքերի վրա:
«Ամեն ոք, ով փնտրում է ռուսական գործոնի թուլացում, կասի, որ Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակից Հայաստանը այնտեղ տխուր պարտություն է կրել: Դա որոշակիորեն խարխլել է Ռուսաստանի հեղինակությունը: Մեկ այլ անձ էլ կասի, որ նախկինում այնտեղ ռուսական զորքեր չեն եղել, իսկ այժմ կա ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելություն, այլ ոչ թե ռուս-թուրքական»,նշել է Մարկեդոնովը:
«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պատերազմից հետո իրավիճակը Ռուսաստանի համար դարձել է ավելի քիչ հարմարավետ, սակայն, ըստ հենց նույն պատերազմի արդյունքների, Ռուսաստանը դարձել է մի այնպիսի երկիր, որին դիմում են թե՛ Երևանը, թե՛ Բաքուն»,- հավելել է փորձագետը:
