INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը հանդես է գալիս Երեւանի հետ կառուցողական երկխոսության օգտին:
«Մենք պատրաստ ենք համագործակցությանը տարածաշրջանի ապագա զարգացման վերաբերյալ: Վերջերս տեղի ունեցավ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հանդիպումը ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 76 -րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում: Մեր արտաքին գործերի նախարարը (Ջեյհուն Բայրամով) ինձ ասաց, որ հանդիպումը կառուցողական էր: Մենք դրա կողմնակիցներն ենք», - ասել է Ալիևը երկուշաբթի օրը Իրանին սահմանակից Ջրականում:
Ալիևը հիշել է, որ վերջերս հայտարարել էր Հայաստանի վարչապետի հետ հանդիպելու պատրաստակամության մասին: «Նա նույնպես (Նիկոլ Փաշինյան-խմբ) ասաց, որ պատրաստ է: Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում: Սա ցույց է տալիս, որ մեր օրակարգն արդեն ընդունված է: Հավանաբար ոմանք անհանգստացած են դրանով: Սակայն գլխավորն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ հաշտություն լինի, այսինքն՝ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրվի: Մենք ուզում ենք դա »,-ասել է նա: .
Ադրբեջանի նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը քաղաքական կամք ունի: «Եթե հայկական կողմը նույն կամքը դրսեւորի, երկու երկրներն էլ կկարողանան ինքնուրույն լուծել այդ հարցերը, առանց միջնորդների, եւ երկարաժամկետ խաղաղություն կարող է հաստատվել տարածաշրջանում»,-ասել է Ալիեւը:
Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանա-հայկական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակին՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը չի խախտել ոչ մեկի սահմանը:
«Կան 1920-ի քարտեզներ, ցարական Ռուսաստանի քարտեզներ: Թող գան և տեսնեն, թե որտեղ է սահմանը: Այն տարածքը, որի վրա մենք գտնվում ենք, համարում ենք Ադրբեջանի տարածք և ճիշտ ենք անում», - ասել է նա:
Ալիևը հավելել է, թե Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունն այժմ հստակորեն ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հայտարարում է, որ «Ադրբեջանն իրավունք ունի հաստատվել Գորիս-Կափան ճանապարհի որոշակի հատվածում»: «Քանի որ խորհրդային շրջանի քարտեզները դա են ցույց տալիս: Մենք մեր տարածքում ենք, և Հայաստանն այժմ դա հայտարարում է: Ինչ-որ մեկն ասում է, որ մենք խախտել ենք ինչ-որ մեկի սահմանները, սա ծիծաղելի է: Որովհետև տարածաշրջանում նոր շրջան է սկսվում: Մենք հավատում ենք, որ այս շրջանը պետք է ուղղվի դրական ուղղությամբ»:
