Ճապոնիայի կայսրը հաստատել է նոր կառավարության կազմը

Ճապոնիայի կայսր Նարուհիտոն հաստատել է Ճապոնիայի նոր կառավարության կազմը, որը գլխավորել է վարչապետ Ֆումիո Կիսիդան։ Կռավարության կազմի հաստատման պաշտոնական արարողությունը տեղի է ունեցել երկուշաբթի, Տոկիոյում, կայսերական պալատում, ՏԱՍՍ-ին տեղեկացրել է Kyodo գործակալությունը։

Կառավարության կազմի հաստատումը կայսեր կողմից պարտադիր արարողություն է, որը կատարվում է Ճապոնիայի սահմանադրության համաձայն։ Արարողության ընթացքում նախարարները հերթով կայսրից ստանում են հատուկ փաստաթուղթ՝ ծանուցում նշանակման մասին, միապետի ստորագրությամբ։ Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին նաեւ խորհրդարանի երկու պալատների խոսնակները եւ նախկին վարչապետ Յոսիհիդե Սուգան։

Կիսիդայի կառավարությունում պորտֆելները պահպանել են ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Տոսիմիցու Մոտեգին եւ պաշտպանության նախարար Նոբուո Կիսին։ Յոսիհիդե Սուգայի կառավարությունում կրթության, մշակույթի, սպորտի, գիտության եւ տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցած Կոիտի Հագիուդան գլխավորել է էկոնոմիկայի, առեւտրի եւ արդյունաբերության նախարարությունը։ Հագիուդան կղեկավարի նաեւ ՌԴ-ի հետ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացումը, պաշտոն, որը վերապահվել էր տնտեսական գերատեսչության ղեկավարի համար նախկին վարչապետ Սինձո Աբեի օրոք։

Ճապոնիայի նոր վարչապետի կառավարության կազմում երեք կին կա։ Սեյկո Նոդան, որը մրցակցում էր Կիսիդայի հետ կառավարող Լիբերալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցության (ԼԴԿ) նախագահի պաշտոնի համար, նշանակվել է ցածր ծնելիության խնդիրների եւ տարածաշրջանների խնդիրների նախարար։ Թվայնացման վերջերս ստեղծված պետական նախարարությունը  կղեկավարի Կարեն Մակիսիման, իսկ Նորիկո Հորիուտին կղեկավարի կորոնավիրուսի դեմ երկրում շարունակվող պատվաստման գործընթացը։

Իր հերթին, ֆիննախի նոր ղեկավար է դարձել Տոկիոյում Օլիմպիական եւ Պարաօլիմպիական խաղերի անցկացման պատասխանատու, նախկին նախարար Սյունյիտի Սուձուկին։ Կիսիդայի կառավարությունում նաեւ նոր պաշտոն է ստեղծվել՝ տնտեսական անվտանգության նախարար, որը, մասնավորապես, պետք է կասեցնի տեխնոլոգիական գաղտնիքների արտահոսքը։ Նոր նախարարը Տակայուկի Կոբայասին է։

Ճապոնիայի խորհրդարանի երկու պալատները երկուշաբթի ձայների մեծամասնությամբ Ֆումիո Կիսիդային ընտրել են Ճապոնիայի նոր՝ 100-րդ վարչապետ, որը սեպտեմբերի 29-ին զբաղեցրեց կառավարող ԼԴԿ ղեկավարի պաշտոնը։ Նոր նախագահի ընտրությունները տեղի ունեցան վարչապետ Յոսիհիդե Սուգայի լիազորությունների ժամկետի ավարտի հետ կապված, որը նշանակվել էր այդ պաշտոնին անցած տարի Սինձո Աբեի անսպասելի հրաժարականի պատճառով։
