Քաբուլում երկու ամսում փակվել է գրադարանների, գրախանութների եւ հրատարակչությունների 95 տոկոսը

Գրադարանների, գրախանութների եւ գրահրատարակչությունների առնվազն 95 տոկոսը Աֆղանստանի մայրաքաղաքում փակվել է երկու ամսվա ընթացքում՝ ծանրագույն տնտեսական իրավիճակի պատճառով, տեղեկացնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ հղում կատարելով TOLOnews-ի։
Քաբուլի գրադարանների մոտ 95 տոկոսը փակվել է ֆինանսական դժվարությունների պատճառով։ Ներկա իրավիճակը փակուղի է մտցրել գրավաճառներին եւ գրահրատարակիչներին։ Մարդկանց համար, ովքեր պարզապես հացի ու հագուստի փող չունեն, հիմա գրքերի ժամանակը չէ»,- ասել է Աֆղանստանի հրատարակիչների ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Սայիդ Ահմադ Սայիդը։
Քաբուլում գրքերի մշտական ցուցահանդեսների կազմակերպիչների խոսքով՝ գնորդների թիվը վերջին իրադարձությունների հետ կապված նվազել է մոտ 90 տոկոսով, իսկ շրջաններում այդ թիվը կարող է ավելի բարձր լինել։
«Մարդիկ ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլեւ մշակութային ճգնաժամ են ապրում, սա հսկայական աղետ է մեր ամբողջ զարգացման համար»,- ասել է աֆղանստանցի պոետ եւ գրող Ջավիդ Ֆարհադը։
Ինչպես հավաստիացնում է հեռուստաալիքը, մինչեւ Աֆղանստանում «Թալիբան» արմատական շարժման կողմից իշխանության զավթումը երկրում աշխատում էին 180 հրատարակչություն (դրանցից 90-ը՝ Քաբուլում) եւ 525 գրախանութ (Քաբուլում՝ 280)։
Գրահրատարակչության եւ գրավաճառության ոլորտում նման ծանր իրավիճակ Աֆղանստանում եղավ նաեւ 1996-2001թթ., երբ իշխանությունում էին թալիբները։ Երկրի բարդ տնտեսական իրավիճակից բացի՝ հրատարակիչները եւ գրավաճառները բախվում էին արմատականների արգելքներին, որոնք չէին թույլատրում նկարազարդված տպագիր արտադրանքի տարածումը։
