Հայաստանը երբեք ներքաշված չի եղել և երբեք չի ներքաշվի դավադրության մեջ՝ ընդդեմ Իրանի, որովհետև ՀՀ-ի համար այդ հարաբերությունները չափազանց կարևոր են և Հայաստանը երբեք չենք մոռանա, որ իննսունականների սկզբին Իրանը ՀՀ-ի համար եղել է կյանքի ճանապարհ։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ Լիտվա պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակում երկրի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հոկտեմբերի 3-ին կայացած հանդիպմանը։

«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հաղորդմամբ՝ նա ընդգծել է որ Հայաստանն Իրանի հետ ունի ջերմ հարաբերություններ։ «Նախագահ Ռայիսին պաշտոնը ստանձնել է 2021թ․ օգոստոսի, ես էլ ընտրություններից հետո պաշտոնս ստանձնել եմ օգոստոսին, և երկու անգամ հանդիպել ենք: Փաստ, որ ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչքան ենք կարևորում այդ հարաբերությունները: Նորություն չէ, որ կան որոշակի շրջանակներ, որոնց հաջողվում է, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ, Իրանի մամուլում հրապարակել նյութեր, թե Հայաստանը ներգրավված է ինչ-որ դավադրությունների մեջ՝ Իրանի դեմ: Իրանի մեր գործընկերները, վստահ եմ, գիտեն, որ ՀՀ-ն երբեք ներքաշված չի եղել և երբեք չի ներքաշվի դավադրության մեջ՝ ընդդեմ Իրանի, որովհետև մեզ համար այդ հարաբերությունները չափազանց կարևոր են և մենք երբեք չենք մոռանա, որ իննսունականների սկզբին Իրանը ՀՀ-ի համար եղել է կյանքի ճանապարհ։ Սա մի այնպիսի հիմք է մեր հարաբերությունների համար, որ ՀՀ-ն չի կարող դավադրության մեջ ներքաշվել Իրանի հետ»:

ՀՀ վարչապետի խոսքով՝ այլ բան է, որ Իրանի հետ տնտեսական հարբերությունները խոչընդոտվում են պատժամիջոցների պատճառով։ Փաշինյանը նաև ընդգծել է. «ՀՀ-ն երբեք Իրանի դեմ դավարությունների մեջ չի մտնի, և դա այնքան ակնհայտ է, որ դրա մասին նույնիսկ պետք չէ ասել: Հակառակը՝ մենք խոշոր նախագծեր ունենք Իրանի հետ։ Ռայիսիի հետ քննարկումների ժամանակ առաջարկել ենք արագացնել դրանք, մասնավորապես՝ կառուցվում է դեպի Իրան երրորդ բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրագիծը, որը կառուցում է իրականական ընկերության հետ և խնդրում ենք հնարավորինս արագ կառուցել: Հույս ունենք առաջիկայում երկարաձգել գազ էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց գործարքը: Հանդիպումների ժամանակ՝ ես առաջարկել եմ, որ մենք վերադառնանք կամ վերհիշենք որ կար Մեղրիի ջրամբարի և ՀԷԿ-ի շինարարության հարց, որ կարծում եմ, շատ կարևոր է ոչ միայն էներգետիկ այլև ջրային ռեսւորսների համատեղ կառավարման առումով»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներկայացրեց նաև, որ վերջին շրջանում Իրանի հետ երկարատև խնդիրներից են լուծվել։ «Օրինակ՝ Ագարակի պղնձամոլիբդենիային կոմբինատի արտանատեումների հետ կաված խնդիր կար դեպի Արաքս գետ։ Հարցն անընդհատ բարձրացվում էր, և ուրախ եմ արձանագրել, որ այդ հարցը լուծվել է, որովհետև կոմբինատն անցել է փակ ցիկլի և արտանետումներ չի անում: «Գեոպրոմայնինգ» ընկերությունը, ի դեմս որի ունենք գործընկեր, արձագանքեց կառավարության հորդորներին և սա մեզ հնարավորություն տվեց ավելի խորացնել հարաբերությունները նրանց հետ»,- պարզաբանեց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
