Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթը՝ ապտակ Ալիևին և Փաշինյանին

«Դու բոլորից լավ գիտես, որ եթե չլիներ 2018 թվականի` դրսի ուժերի մեծ օժանդակությամբ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխությունը, ապա դու քո ականջի հետևը ավելի շուտ կտեսնեիր, քան Շուշին ու Հադրութը»,- ՀՀԿ-ի և գերմանական «Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր» հիմնադրամի հետ համատեղ անցկացված, «Հանրապետականներ. շարունակական բարեփոխումներ» խորագրով համաժողովում երեկ հայտարարել է երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ դիմելով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին։ Սովորաբար զուսպ և ձևակերպումները կշռող նախագահը երեկ զգացմունքային ելույթ է ունեցել, կարևորագույն հանգամանքներ բացատրել Հայաստանում և Հայաստանի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակից։ Սարգսյանը, ըստ էության, բացահայտում է, որ 2018թ․ իշխանափոխությունն իրականացվել դրսի ուժերի մեծ օժանդակությամբ։
Վաղ թե ուշ բացահայտվելու է այս փաստը, հայտնի են դառնալու այն ուժերը, որոնք կարողացան երկրի ղեկից հեռացնել ազգային ուժերին, իշխանության բերելու պատերազմի մունետիկ ու պարտության պատճառ կապիտուլյանտին։ Սարգսյանը նաև արձանագրում է մեկ այլ անարդարություն ևս, որ հետպատերազմյան շոկը չհաղթահարած մեր ժողովրդին հիմա էլ փորձում են «խաղաղասիրական» օրակարգ թելադրել։ Մինչդեռ «Արցախի հարցը լուծված չէ, քանի դեռ հստակեցված չէ Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը և քանի դեռ արցախահայության անվտանգությունը լրջագույն սպառնալիքի տակ է ամեն օր և ամեն ժամ»: Սարգսյանը նաև նշում է, թե պարտության և դավաճանության խարանն այլևս հավերժ կրող իշխանությունները նախկիններին են փորձում ներկայացնել որպես պատերազմի հրձիգներ` հանրության շրջանում բորբոքելով նոր պատերազմի հետ կապված վախեր։ Սարգսյանը խոսել է նաև Ադրբեջանից ու նրա պոռոտախոս նախագահից։
«Բոլորդ գիտեք, որ Կովկասում իրեն տղամարդ համարող անձը անգամ իր հակառակորդի հետևից չի խոսում, չի բամբասում, չի աքլորանում։ Իսկ թե ինչպես էր ժամանակին իրեն պահում Իլհամ Ալիևը իմ ներկայությամբ, ոչ միայն ես եմ դա շատ լավ հիշում, այլև Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները և նրանց երկրների ղեկավարներն են հիշում: Եթե ինչ-ինչ ուժեր քեզ սկուտեղի վրա նվեր են մատուցել, ապա հիշիր, որ և՛ դու, և՛ հայրդ պարտվել եք Հայաստանի նախորդ երեք նախագահներին՝ թե՛ ռազմի, թե՛ դիվանագիտության դաշտերում»,- ասել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը։
Հայաստանի երրորդ նախագահն իր այս ելույթով, փաստացի, արձանագրում է ՀՀԿ-ի վերադարձը, նաև նախազգուշացնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու նրա անմիջական ղեկավարը դարձած թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմին, որ Հայաստանում դեռ կան ազգային ուժեր, որոնք պատրաստ են տանել արժանապատվության ջահը։
