Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության նախագահ Սի Ծինփինին՝ Չինաստանի կազմավորման 72-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում է Վարչապետի աշխատակազմը:
Ուղերձում ասված է.
«Հայ ժողովրդի և անձամբ իմ անունից շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և բարեկամ չին ժողովրդին Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կազմավորման 72-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ։
Հայ-չինական բարեկամական հարաբերությունները, հիմնված լինելով ավանդական սերտ կապերի, փոխադարձ հարգանքի և փոխվստահության վրա, կայուն զարգացել և ամրապնդվել են դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումից ի վեր։ Չինաստանը, որպես միջազգային հարաբերություններում կարևոր դերակատար իր նպաստն է բերում համաշխարհային զարգացման օրակարգում և հանդիսանում է Հայաստանի առաջնային գործընկերներից մեկը։
Վստահաբար կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակին ընդառաջ մեզ հաջողվել է կարևոր հանգրվանի հասցնել մեր փոխգործակցությունը քաղաքական, տնտեսական և մշակութային ոլորտներում։
Լիահույս եմ, որ մեր համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ հայ-չինական համագործակցությունը հարաճուն կերպով կխորանա և կընդլայնվի՝ ի նպաստ մեր ժողովուրդների։
Մաղթում եմ Ձերդ գերազանցությանը քաջառողջություն և հետագա հաջողություններ, իսկ Չինաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ հարատև բարեկեցություն և խաղաղություն»։
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել նաև Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության պետական խորհրդի նախագահ (վարչապետ) Լի Քեցյանին:
«Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Չինաստանի կառավարությանը Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կազմավորման 72-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:
Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում Չինաստանի հետ ավանդական բարեկամական հարաբերությունները և փոխշահավետ գործակցությունը։ Մեր երկրներին միավորում է համատեղ աշխատելու, միջազգային հարթակներում փոխգործակցելու դրական փորձառությունը։ Վերջին ժամանակահատվածում COVID-19-ի դեմ պայքարում Չինաստանն օժանդակություն ցուցաբերեց բազմաթիվ պետությունների, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանին, որի համար խորապես շնորհակալ ենք։
Գոհունակությամբ պետք է արձանագրել, որ անգամ համավարակով պայմանավորված սահմանափակումների պայմաններում մեր երկկողմ առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալներում զգալի աճ է գրանցվել, ինչը վկայում է այն մասին, որ հայ-չինական հարաբերություններն ունեն հետագա զարգացման մեծ ներուժ: Լիահույս եմ, որ հաստատակամ քայլերով մենք կարող ենք առաջ մղել մեր գործակցությունը՝ հանուն մեր ժողովուրդների և ապահով ու անվտանգ ապագայի։
Պատրաստ եմ Ձեզ հետ համատեղ շարունակական ջանքեր գործադրել հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները որակապես նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու և համագործակցության նոր հորիզոնների հասնելու ուղղությամբ։
Տոնական այս օրը, Ձերդ գերազանցություն, Ձեզ և Ձեր ժողովրդին մաղթում եմ բարօրություն և վերընթաց հաջողություններ»,-նշված է ուղերձում:
