ՄԱԿ միջազգային դատարանը հոկտեմբերի 14-15-ը Ադրբեջանի դեմ Հայաստանի հայցի վերաբերյալ հանրային լսումներ կանցկացնի
POLITICSՄԱԿ միջազգային դատարանը հոկտեմբերի 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 14-ին եւ 15-ին Հաագայի Խաղաղության պալատում կանցկացնի հանրային լսումներ Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձեւերի վերացման միջազգային կոնվենցիայի կիրառման վերաբերյալ (Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի):
Լսումները նվիրված կլինեն ժամանակավոր միջանկյալ միջոցներ կիրառելու մասին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հայցին:
Բացի այդ, հոկտեմբերի 18-ին եւ 19-ին դատարանը լսումներ կանցկացնի Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած նմանատիպ պահանջով:
COVID-19 համավարակի պատճառով լսումները կանցկացվեն հիբրիդային ձեւաչափով: Դատարանի որոշ անդամներ անձամբ ներկա կգտնվեն Արդարադատության մեծ դահլիճում կայանալիք բանավոր նիստերին, իսկ մյուսները կմասնակցեն հեռակա տեսաուղերձի միջոցով: Գործին կողմերի ներկայացուցիչները կմասնակցեն անձամբ կամ տեսակապով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանը ՄԱԿ միջազգային դատարանում դատավարություն էր նախաձեռնել Ադրբեջանի հետ` Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձեւերի վերացման միջազգային կոնվենցիայի համաձայն: Հայկական կողմի ներկայացրած հայցադիմումում նշվում է, որ «Ադրբեջանը տասնամյակներ շարունակ Հայաստանին ենթարկել է ռասայական խտրականության», որն արտահայտվել է, ի թիվս այլ բաների, զանգվածային սպանությունների, խոշտանգումների եւ այլ խախտումների մեջ: Ըստ հայկական կողմի պնդման՝ «այդ խախտումները կրկին առաջին պլան են դուրս եկել 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին տեղի ունեցած հակամարտության ժամանակ», երբ ադրբեջանական կողմը կրկին թույլ է տվել կոնվենցիայի կոպիտ խախտումներ: Եւ նույնիսկ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի հրադադարին հաջորդած ռազմական գործողությունների ավարտից հետո, Ադրբեջանը շարունակեց սպանություններ, խոշտանգումներ եւ այլ հանցագործություններ իրականացնել հայ ռազմագերիների, պատանդների եւ այլ բանտարկյալների դեմ:
Այդ հիմքով Հայաստանը պահանջում է, որ Ադրբեջանը մեղավոր ճանաչվի Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձեւերի վերացման մասին միջազգային կոնվենցիան խախտելու մեջ՝ հետագա վնասները կանխելու եւ արդեն պատճառված վնասները փոխհատուցելու համար:
Հայցում պահանջվում է նաեւ Ադրբեջանի դեմ ժամանակավոր միջանկյալ միջոցներ ներդնել` Հայաստանի եւ հայերի իրավունքները հետագա ոտնձգություններից պաշտպանելու եւ տարաձայնությունների սրումը կանխելու նպատակով:
