«Ես Դավիթ Տոնոյանին շատ լավ ճանաչում եմ և վստահ եմ, որ նա անմեղ է». «Նավակ ճոճողը» դատարանի բակ է եկել
POLITICSԵրեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի՝ Կենտրոնի նստավայրում, որտեղ այս պահին ընթանում է Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարող Դավիթ Գալստյանին եւ Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանին կալանավորելու մասին ԱԱԾ քննիչի միջնորդությունները, դատարանի բակ է եկել ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Վիլեն Գաբրիելյանը, որն առավել հայտնի է «Նավակ ճոճող» մականունով։
Գաբրիելյանն իր աջակցությունն է հայտնում Տոնոյանին եւ վստահ է, որ նա անմեղ է։
Հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ է վստահ, որ Դավիթ Տոնոյանն անմեղ է, Գաբրիելյանը պատասխանեց. «Այն պատճառով, որ պարոն Տոնոյանն իմ հարազատն է, իմ ընկերն է։ Ես Տոնոյանին շատ լավ ճանաչում եմ եւ վստահ եմ, որ պարոն Տոնոյանը անմեղ է, որեւէ կոռուպցիոն գործարքում չի կարող ներգրավված լինել։ Այնուամենայնիվ տեղի են ունենում քննչական գործողություններ, թող ընթացքը ցույց տա»։
Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ կարծիք ունի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, պատգամավորն ասաց. «Ի՞նչ կարծիք պետք է ունենա։ Կա քննչական գործողություններ, թող ընթանան, դատարանը որոշի իր անելիքը»։
Նշենք, որ ԱԱԾ-ում քննվող ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կարիքների համար ռազմամթերքի մատակարարման գործընթացում ՀՀ ՊՆ եւ զինված ուժերի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու եւ պաշտոնեական կեղծիքներ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հափշտակություն կատարելու հատկանիշներով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2018-2020 թվականներին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Դավիթ Տոնոյանին, ինչպես նաեւ մատակարար կազմակերպության տնօրեն Դավիթ Գալստյանին: Միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար:
