Միֆ. մանկական կաթնային խարնուրդները կաթից սննդարար են:
Իրականություն.կթնախարնուրդները չեն պարունակում բոլոր սննդարար նյութերը, որոնք կան կրծքի կաթի բաղադրության մեջ: Կաթնախառնուրդում չկան նաևհակամարմիններ, որոնք կան կրծքի կաթում և օգնում են փոքրիկին պայքարել բակտերիաների և վիրուսների դեմ: Եթե ամեն դեպքում երեխային կաթնախարնուրդով եք կերակրում, խորհրդակցեք բժշկի հետ, քանի որ հավանականություն կա այն սխալ պատրաստելու:
Միֆ. կրծքով կերակրելը վնասակար է կրծքերի համար:
Իրականություն. կծքով կերակրելը կարող է ազդել կրծքագեղձերի տեսքի վրա, սակայն բժշկական տեսանկյունից, կերակրելը բացարձակ անվնաս է: Իրականում, կրծքով կերակրելը նույնիսկ օգտակար է մոր համար` այն նվազեցնում է կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղի զարգացման հավանականությունն ու նվազեցնում ճարպակալման մակարդակը:
Միֆ. փոքրիկին հաճախ կերակրելը նվազեցնում է կաթնարտադրությունը:
Իրականություն. մոր կաթի արտադրության մակարդակը կախված է երեխայի կաթի կարիքից:Այսինքն, մոր մոտ արտադրվում է օպտիմալ քանակով կաթ, եթե երեխային թույլատրում են ուտել այնքան, որքան նա ցանկանում է:
Միֆ. հաճախ կերակրելը կաթի ոչ բավարար արտադրության նշան է:
Իրականություն. նորմալ է, երբ կաթով կերակրվող փոքրիկն ավելի հաճախ է ուտում, քան կաթնային խարնուրդով կերակրվողը, քանի որ մայրական կաթն ավելի հեշտ է մարսվում: Հետևաբար, կրծքով կերակրվող փոքրիկը ուտել ուզում է ամեն 2-3 ժամը մեկ: Ամեն դեպքում, մոտ 4 շաբաթ անց կրծքով կերակրվող երեխաների մեծ մասը սկսում է քնել նույնքան, որքան խառնուրդով կերակրվողները: Սակայն կրծքով կերակրելը ոչ միշտ է ճիշտ ընտրություն, այսպիսով կերակրման եղանակ ընտրելուց առաջ քննարկենք Ձեր որոշումը բժշկի հետ:
