Որքանո՞վ է վտանգավոր կորոնավիրուսով կրկին վարակվելը
LIFEՀամավարակի սկզբում բոլորը վախենում էին կորոնավիրուսով կրկին վարակվելուց՝ համարվում էր, որ դա կբարձրացնի մահվան ելքի հավանականությունը: Սակայն այդ վախերն, ըստ ինֆեկցիոնիստ Իլյա Ակինֆիեւի, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, անհիմն են:
URA.RU-ին տված հարցազրույցում մասնագետն ասել է, որ որոշ հիվանդություններով կրկնակի վարակվելը իսկապես շատ վտանգավոր է: Օրինակ՝ Դենգե հեմոռագիկ տենդի առաջին հիվանդության դեպքում ուժեղացած հակամարմնի ազդեցությունը դրսեւորվում է սուր շնչառական վիրուսային վարակի պես՝ տենդով եւ քթից հոսելով։ Սակայն եթե մարդը երկրորդ անգամ է հիվանդանում, հայտնվում է հեմոռագիկ տենդի կլինիկա՝ բարձր ջերմությամբ, արյունահոսությամբ եւ մահվան մեծ հավանականությամբ: Կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված նման դրսեւորումներ չկան, նշել է մասնագետը:
Նրա խոսքով, եթե COVID-19-ը ունենար հեմոռագիկ տենդի հատկություններ, ապա այն նման կլիներ կենսաբանական զենքի:
«Եթե վերադառնանք դենգե տենդին, ապա դա այնքան լայնորեն չի տարածվում եւ գլոբալ վտանգ չի ներկայացնում միայն այն պատճառով, որ վարակումը որոշ մոծակների միջոցով է լինում, այսինքն՝ ոչ օդակաթիլային ճանապարհով: Եւ եթե լիներ նման վիրուս, որն ունի ուժեղացված ազդեցության հակամարմին, որը տարածվում է շնչառական ճանապարհով, դա գրեթե կենսաբանական զենք կլիներ»,- ասել է Ակինֆիեւը:
Իվանովսկու անվան վիրուսաբանության ինստիտուտի արբովիրուսների եւ կենսաբանության ու ինդիկացիայի լաբորատորիայի ղեկավար, կենսաբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Ալեքսանդր Բուտենկոն կարծում է, որ կորոնավիրուսը չի կարող մուտացիայի ենթարկվել այնպես, որ դենգեի տենդի նման հիվանդություն առաջանա:
