Ադրբեջանցիները շինարարություն են սկսել Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի Որոտանի հատվածում

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կանգնեցնում է Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի Որոտանի հատվածով անցնող մեքենաները, կազմում շարասյուն, որից հետո ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ մեքենաներն առաջ են շարժվում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գորիսի փոխքաղաքապետ Կարեն Քոչարյանը։

«ԱԱԾ-ն կանգնեցնում է հայկական մեքենաները, և երկու ժամ անց՝ երբ շարասյուն է կազմվում, ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ մեքենաները մի կետից մյուսն են շարժվում։ Ադրբեջանցիներն իրենց պահում են շատ ազատ, ոնց որ իրենց տանը լինեն, իսկ մենք ժամերով հավաքվում ենք։ Ներկա պահին ես զգացել եմ, որ մարդկանց ահազանգ կա՝ չգիտես՝ ինչ է լինելու, մինչև երբ է այսպես շարունակվելու։ Չի բացառվում, որ ադրբեջանցիները վաղը մեզ էլ կանգնեցնեն և փող գանձեն ճանապարհն անցնելու համար»,- նշեց նա։

Կարեն Քոչարյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ադրբեջանցիները այդ ճանապարհահատվածում շինարարական աշխատանքներ են սկսել. «Կոնկրետ չեմ կարող ասել, թե ինչ նպատակ են հետապնդում, բայց որ մեծ շինարարություն են սկսել, փաստ է։ Ոնց որ տերմինալ կամ բենզալցակայան սարքեն այն ժամանակ անմիջապես ինձ պատկանող հողատարածքում»։

Գորիսի փոխքաղաքապետը հավելեց, որ իրանական բեռնատարները ճանապարհին շարունակվում են կուտակվել․ «Այս պահի դրությամբ կարող եմ ասել, որ մոտ 20 բեռնատար կա կուտակված»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Որոտանի հատվածում ոստիկանական անցակետ տեղադրելուց հետո, ադրբեջանցիները կանգնեցնում են Իրանից եկող բեռնատարների վարորդներին, ստուգում նրանց, գումար գանձում եւ հետո միայն թողնում  ճանապարհը շարունակել։ Երկու շաբաթ առաջ էլ ադրբեջանցիները կանգնեցրել էին «Լեռնային Արցախ» մանկապատանեկան թիմին տեղափոխող միկրոավտոբուսը, դաշույնով մաքրել ավտոբուսի վրա փակցված Արցախի Հանրապետության դրոշը պատկերող պիտակը:
