ՌԴ Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Միխայիլ Շերեմետը, որը ներկայացնում է Ղրիմի շրջանը, Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին առաջարկել է Ռուսաստան այցի շրջանակում այցելել նաև Ղրիմ:
«Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը տարբեր միջազգային հարթակներում հայտարարել է, որ չի ճանաչում Ղրիմի ռուսական կարգավիճակը: Այժմ նա հնարավորություն ունի անձամբ համոզվելու Ղրիմի բնակիչների ընտրության մեջ և մեկընդմիշտ վերջ դնելու թերակղզու բռնակցման մասին արևմտյան քարոզչությամբ ստեղծված առասպելներին: Առաջարկում եմ թուրք առաջնորդին կարգավորել իր գրաֆիկն ու այցելել մեր Ղրիմ»,- «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասել է Շերեմետը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ղրիմի բնակիչներն ուրախ կլինեն թուրք ղեկավարի այցին, որը կդառնար աշխարհում առաջին արտասահմանցի նախագահը, որն իր այցով կհարգի Ղրիմի ժողովրդի պատմական ընտրությունը:
