Երկրորդ օրն է, ինչ կապիտուլյանտների քարոզչամեքենան «փոթորիկ՝ մեկ բաժակ ջրում» սկզբունքով «դիվանագիտական հաջողություն» է հորինում ԵԽԽՎ լիագումար նիստին ընդունված բանաձեւից։
Ահա այն հիմնական կետերը, որոնցով պայթում է ուսապարկերի հերթական փուչիկը։
1. Բանաձեւի անուն։ Հայաստանի իշխանական պատվիրակները «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտություն» եզրույթը վերնագրի մեջ ճխտելը «հայ-ադրբեջանական կոնֆլիկտ» եզրույթի կողքին համարում են խոշոր հաջողություն ! Այսինքն նման, նախկինում տարրական բաները հաղթանակ ե՞՞՞ն։
2. Ագրեսիայի մասին։ Բանաձեւի 3-րդ կետում հիշատակվում է Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի 2001 թվականին Եվրոպայի Խորհրդին անդամակցելուց ստանձնած հանձնառությունը խնդիրը լուծել բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով։ Սակայն բանաձեւը այդպես էլ չի մատնանշում Ադրբեջանի կողմից վերջին պատերազմը սանձազերծելու փաստը։
3. Ո՞վ է մեղավորը։ ԵԽԽՎ-ն, ունենալով միջազգային հետաքննչական մեխանիզմ գործադրելու մանդատ, որն, օրինակ, իրացրել է 2008 թվականին ռուս-վրացական պատերազմից հետո, չի նախատեսում այդ լրջագույն անկախ գործիքակազմի օգտագործումը 44-օրյա պատերազմը հետաքննելու եւ իրական ագրեսորին անվանարկելու համար։ Սրա անհրաժեշտության մասին պնդում եւ առաջարկում եմ պատերազմի հենց սկզբից։
4. Ականների մասին։ Ադրբեջանին հերթական անգամ հաջողվում է միջազգային օրակարգ բերել ականապատված տարածքների քարտեզների թեման, ինչի գեթ մեկ հիշատակում նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության մեջ ՉԿԱ։
5. Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության լիազորությունների մասին։ Ունենալով բոլոր անհրաժեշտ հիմքերը առնվազն բարձրաձայնելու ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության լիազորությունների դադարեցման հարցը՝ հաշվի առնելով մարդու իրավունքերի բացահայտ խախտումների, այն է՝ մեր ռազմագերիների խնդիրը, հայկական կողմը լուռ է եղել։
6. «Իրար արժեք»։ Ողջ զեկույցում անթաքույց ձեւով դրված են հավասարության նշաններ Հայաստանի/Արցախի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ։ Օրինակ, հետեւյալ հարցերով.
