ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը հանդես եկավ որպես Build Armenia 2021 ցուցահանդեսի գործընկեր

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը դարձավ Build Armenia 2021 անշարժ գույքի առաջին ցուցահանդեսի ֆինանսական գործընկերը: Միջոցառմանը մասնակցեցին 32 կառուցապատող ընկերություններ, որոնք ներկայացրեցին առաջնային շուկայում բնակելի և առևտրային նշանակության անշարժ գույքի բոլոր ձևաչափերը:
Ցուցահանդեսը համախմբել էր երկրի առաջատար կառուցապատող ընկերություններին և անշարժ գույքի պոտենցիալ գնորդներին: Հյուրերն հնարավորություն ունեին ընտրել իրենց հավանած գույքը և ստանալ մասնագետների խորհրդատվություն: Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին ՀՀ կառավարության անդամները և «Կառուցապատողների հայկական ասոցիացիայի» ղեկավարները:
ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը միջոցառմանը ներկայացրեց իր հիփոթեքային պրոդուկտների շարքը՝ անշարժ գույքի ձեռք բերման վարկեր՝ սկսած 3% կանխավճարից և տարեկան 3.5% տոկոսադրույքից, ինչպես նաև ավտոկայանատեղերի ձեռք բերման և անշարժ գույքի ձեռք բերման վարկեր: Կառուցապատող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչները ցուցահանդեսին կարող էին ծանոթանալ նախագծային ֆինանսավորման Բանկի առաջարկներին՝ կորպորատիվ վարկեր կառուցապատողների համար, այդ թվում՝ էսքրոու մեխանիզմի կիրառման եղանակով:
«Հիփոթեքային վարկավորումը ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի գերակա ուղղություններից է: Կենտրոնանալով հաճախորդների կարիքների վրա՝ մենք շարունակում ենք ընդլայնել մեր հիփոթեքային վարկավորման պրոդուկտների շարքը: Մենք առաջարկում ենք անշարժ գույքի ձեռք բերում հատուկ արտոնյալ պայմաններով, ինչպես նաև վարկերի վերաֆինանսավորում՝ դրանով իսկ նվազեցնելով վարկառուի հետագա ամսական վարկային բեռը: Անցյալ տարի անշարժ գույքի շուկայի բոլոր մասնակիցների հիփոթեքային վարկերի պորտֆելն ունեցել է 27% աճ: Դրա ֆոնին մենք ավելացրել ենք մեր պորտֆելն ավելի քան 1.5 անգամ ավել: 2021թ․մենք շարունակում ենք ավելացնել հիփոթեքային ցուցանիշները՝ առաջին 6 ամիսների ընթացքում ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի հիփոթեքային վարկերի պորտֆելն աճել է ավելի քան 20%-ով», - նշել է «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ Գլխավոր տնօրենի - Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ Սոֆյա Մաճկալյանը:
