«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

 

44-օրյա պատերազմում պարտությունից հետո Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար նշանակվեց Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը, որը պաշտոնավարեց ուղիղ ութ ամիս: Հիշեցնենք, որ նա ժամանակին համակարգից խայտառակ ձևով հեռացվել էր և նույնիսկ աստիճանազրկվել: Սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերականգնեց նրա կոչումը, չնայած բանակում շատերը վստահ էին ու հիմա էլ վստահ են, որ 2002 թվականի որոշումը միանշանակ ճիշտ էր:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հիմա էլ մտածում է նրան նոր պաշտոն տալու մասին: Քննարկվող տարբերակներից մեկը նրան ՀԱՊԿ-ում «տեղավորելն» է, որի նախագահությունը օրերս ստանձնեց Հայաստանը: Սակայն, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Հարությունյանը ցանկանում է ստանալ Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանի պաշտոնը: Նրա «փափագի» մասին տեղյակ են թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Ռուսաստանի դիվանագիտական գերատեսչություններում, և նման հնարավորությունը ոչ միայն տարակուսանք, այլև լուրջ զայրույթ է առաջացրել:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, մի կողմից՝ դիվկորպուսում վստահ են, որ Վարդան Տողանյանը պրոֆեսիոնալ կատարում է իր պարտականությունները, մյուս կողմից՝ որքան էլ Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը փորձում է ցույց տալ, թե ինքն ընդունված է Ռուսաստանի քաղաքական ու ռազմական վերնախավի կողմից, իրականում նրա նկատմամբ, մեղմ ասած, շատ մեծ վերապահում կա: Այնպես որ, ինչպես փոխանցում են Հայաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչության մեր աղբյուրները, եթե Փաշինյանը որոշի Տողանյանին փոխարինել մի կադրով, որը նույնիսկ «իր» ոլորտում է մշտապես ձախողվել, ապա դա կարող է լուրջ տարակուսանք առաջացնել թե՛ Հայաստանի դիվկորպուսում, թե՛ Ռուսաստանում:
