«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ցանկացած քաղաքական ուժի ղեկավար իշխանություն ստանալուց հետո հատկապես քաղաքական պաշտոններում նշանակում է իր թիմի անդամներին: Սա բնական է և աշխարհում ընդունված նորմ: Սակայն Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունների պարագայում այս թեման գնալով առավել ծայրահեղ երանգներ է ստանում՝ դառնալով մոլուցք: Երեք տարում ընդհանրապես, իսկ վերջին խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո առավելապես՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «պոլի փետ լինի, մերը լինի» սկզբունքով հետևողականորեն զբաղված է ոչ միայն բոլոր ոլորտները «գրավելու», այլև հնարավոր ու անհնար բոլոր պաշտոնները ՔՊ-ացնելու գործով:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանական ուժն ունի քաղաքական որոշում՝ անխտիր բոլոր պաշտոններում նշանակել ՔՊականների (առանձին բացառություններով՝ շատ ՔՊ-ամերձ անկուսակցականների), իսկ նրանց, որոնց պետք է պահել, համոզել՝ ընդունվելու կուսակցության շարքերը: Ի դեպ, խոսքը նաև իրավապահ համակարգին է վերաբերում, եթե նույնիսկ օրենքը ստիպի առերևույթ «սառեցնել» կուսակցականությունը: Դրա վառ վկայությունն էր նաև այն, որ օրերս Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ ԱՆ Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ նշանակվեց Սերգեյ Ատոմյանը, որը նախորդ գումարման խորհրդարանում «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր էր, ապա նշանակվեց Արարատի մարզպետի տեղակալ
