Հայաստանի Կոմունիստական կուսակցությունը պատրաստ է «վերցնել» իշխանությունը

Դեռ օրեր առաջ «Փաստը» գրել էր, որ Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցությունը որոշել է ակտիվանալ, «ռեստավրացիա» անել իր տարածքային կառույցները, ինչպես նաև մեծ թափով քարոզչական արշավ սկսել: Եվ ահա սեպտեմբերի 26-ին տեղի ունեցավ կուսակցության պլենար նիստը: Նիստը մեկնարկեց կուսակցության օրհներգով, այնուհետև առաջարկվեց մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել 44-օրյա պատերազմի զոհերի հիշատակը, հետո նաև կուսակցության անդամների, որոնք մահացել են վերջին շրջանում:
Այնուհետև ընտրվեց կուսակցության վեց հոգանոց նախագահությունը՝ Երջանիկ Ղազարյան, Բորիս Գյուրջյան, Գագիկ Մանուկյան, Անդրանիկ Ղուկասյան, Արմեն Մանուկյան: Ինչպես նաև պլենումի աշխատանքներին մասնակցում էր ՌԴ կոմունիստական կուսակցության Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի քարտուղար, ՌԴ պետական դումայի պատգամավոր Կազբեկ Տայսաևը: Հայաստանի Կոմունիստական կուսակցության կենտրոնական կոմիտեի առաջին քարտուղար ընտրվեց Երջանիկ Ղազարյանը: Մի շարք օրակարգային հարցեր քննարկելուց հետո անցում կատարվեց առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու անհրաժեշտությանը:
Երջանիկ Աբգարյանը նշում է, որ Հայաստանի Կոմունիստական կուսակցությունը բազմիցս մասնակցել է տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին: «Սակայն ՀԿԿ-ն 15 տարի է, ինչ չի մասնակցել ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին, բայց հիմա մենք հայտ ենք ներկայացրել Հայաստանում իշխանություն վերցնելու, պատրաստ ենք վերցնել այդ պատասխանատվությունը, այսօր հայտարարում ենք դրա մասին և դա սկսում ենք տեղերից: Մեր նպատակը միանշանակ հաղթանակն է: Մենք առաջադրվել ենք Գյումրիի ավագանու ընտրություններում, ինչպես նաև Գորիսում, սակայն այնտեղ ունենք խնդիրներ, վիճարկում ենք: Հաջորդիվ մասնակցելու ենք նաև Վանաձորում կայանալիք ընտրություններին: Ապագայում ևս մասնակցելու ենք ընտրություններին: Մենք քաջ գիտակցում ենք, որ այս 30 տարիները ոչինչ չեն տվել Հայաստանին, հայ ժողովրդին, եղել է միայն ալան-թալան, սեփականաշնորհում և այլն: Մենք գալիս ենք վերցնելու իշխանությունը, ոչ արևմտամետ ենք, ոչ ռուսամետ, այլ հայամետ կուսակցություն ենք: Մենք ժամանակին հավաքել ենք 1,2 մլն ստորագրություն Ռուսաստան-Բելառուս միությանը միանալու համար: Այսօր դա նոր թափով գործարկվում է: Պատրաստ ենք մեր ջանքերը գործադրել, որ Հայաստանը նույնպես մտնի այդ միության մեջ: Ինչպես յոթանասուն տարիներին, այնպես էլ հիմա մեր ապագան կապում ենք Ռուսաստանի հետ, ապագայում նաև Խորհրդային Միության վերականգնման հետ: Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի փրկությունը սոցիալիզմն է»,-նշեց Ղազարյանը: Ընդգծում է՝ մասնակցելով բոլոր ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին, ուժեղանալու են, որպեսզի վերցնեն իշխանությունը Հայաստանում:
ՌԴ կոմունիստական կուսակցության Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի քարտուղար, ՌԴ պետական դումայի պատգամավոր Կազբեկ Տայսաևը ողջունեց ներկաներին, փոխանցեց Կոմունիստական կուսակցության առաջնորդ Գենադի Զյուգանովի ողջյունները: «Ձեզ հետ բոլորը մեծ հույսեր են կապում: Ուրախ եմ, որ այսքան համերաշխ հավաքվել և կարևոր գործ եք կատարում: Կոմունիստական կուսակցությունն այսօր ամենատարբեր երկրներում կանգնած է մեծ խնդիրների առջև, օրինակ՝ Ուկրաինայում, որտեղ փակվում են կուսակցության բոլոր գրասենյակները: Վստահ եմ, որ միավորվելով Երջանիկ Ղազարյանի շուրջ կկարողանաք մեծ արդյունքների հասնել»,-նշեց Կազբեկ Տայսաևը:
