Թուրքիայում սպանված հայ զինվորի գործով կեղծ ցուցմունք տված վկան ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել

Թուրքիայի Բաթման նահանգում զինվորական ծառայություն իրականացնելու ժամանակ զոհված հայ Սևակ Բալըքչըի գործով կեղծ ցուցմունք տված անձը և դրան դրդած մարդը դատապարտվել են ազատազրկման: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Ակոս» պարբերականը:
Զինծառայող Քըվանչ Աղաօղլուի կրակոցից զոհված Սևակ Բալըքչըի գործով վկա Հալիլ Էքշին դատարանում սխալ վկայություններ էր տվել Աղաօղլուի բարեկամ Բյուլենթ Քայայի դրդմամբ: Էքշին նախնական ցուցմունքների ժամանակ հայտնել էր, թե Սևակը դիտավորյալ է սպանվել, սակայն հետո փոխել էր ցուցմունքը, ասելով, որ «կռիվ կամ վեճ չի եղել, դեպքը պատահել է կատակից հետո»:
Սպանված զինվորի ընտանիքը բողոքարկել էր ցուցմունքը, ինչի արդյունքում Էքշին կրկին ցուցմունք էր տվել և հայտնել էր, որ ճնշման տակ է փոխել խոսքերը:
Դատարանը վճռել է «սխալ ցուցմունք» տալու հիմնավորմամբ Հալիլ Էքշիին դատապարտել 2 տարի և մեկ ամիս, իսկ Բյուլենթ Քայային՝ 3 տարի և մեկ ամիս ազատազրկման:
Թուրքիայի Բաթմանի նահանգի Քոզլուք քաղաքի Գյումուշօրգու ժանդարմականպարեկային կետում զինծառայության ժամանակ՝ 2011 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ին ՍևակԲալըքչըն զոհվել էր իր ծառայակից Քըվանչ Աղաօղլուի զենքի կրակոցից: Բալըքչըիսպանության հետ կապված` մեղադրյալ Աղաղօղլուն 4 տարի 5 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման էր դատապարտվել ոչ թե դիտավորյալ սպանության, այլ«չգիտակցված մեղք» գործելու համար: Ավելի ուշ վճիռը բողոքարկվել էր, և այժմ դատարնը կրկին քննում է գործը:
Սևակ Բալըքչըի ծնողները հայտարարել են, որ որդուն սպանել են դիտավորյալ և կանխամտածված` Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակման օրը` ապրիլի 24-ին:
