Կրթության որակը Հայաստանում կբարելավվի, երբ փոխվի ուսուցչի հանդեպ վերաբերմունքը

Վերջին տարիներին պետական բուհ ընդունվելը դարձել է ավելի հեշտ, քան եղել է նախկինում։ Տարեցտարի դիմորդների քննական արդյունքները զիջում են նախորդ տարիներերի արդյունքներին։ Այս տարվա քննական երկրորդ փուլի արդյունքներով բուհ ընդունվողների 46.9%-ը չի հաղթահարել հայոց լեզվի, իսկ 40%֊ը՝ մաթեմատիկայի անցողիկ շեմը, այսինքն` դիմորդները չեն կարողացել վաստակել 8 միավոր հնարավոր 20֊ից։
Այս թեմայով Past.am կայքը զրուցել է կրթության մասնագետ, «Մաշտոց» կրթահամալիրում Հայոց լեզու և գրականության ուսուցիչ Արման Մաթոսյանի հետ։
Հարցին, թե այս արդյունքները ինչի՞ հետևանք են մասնագետը պատասխանել է․ «Այդ 46․9 տոկոսը երկրորդ փուլի արդյունքն է, որը բավականին շատ քննարկվեց։ Երկրորդ փուլում դիմում են բանակից զորացրվածները, ովքեր դպրոցից հետո երկու տարի կտրված են եղել, ես դա որպես փաստ ասեմ։ Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ այն, որ իսկապես քննությունները բարդացվել են դա փաստ է, և այդ մոտեցումը ճիշտ չէ, հայոց լեզվի քննությունը չպետք է նման կերպ անցներ»։
Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ քայլեր պետք է անել կրթության որակը բարելավելու համար Արման Մաթոսյանը պատասխանել է․ «Եթե չեմ սխալվում ճապոնական մի ասացվածք կա, որ ասում են․ «Ինչի է ձեր կրթական մակարդակն այդքան բարձր, որովհետև ուսուցչին հարգում են ինչպես կայսերը, լիազորություններ ունի ինչպես նախարարը, աշխատավարձ է ստանում ինչպես պատգամավորը»։ Եթե այս հարցերի պատասխանը մեզ մոտ լինի, ապա մեր կրթության մակարդակն էլ շատ բարձր մակարդակի կհասնի։ Ուսուցիչը հարգված չէ այսօր ու այն փոքր գումարը, որ ստանում է դպրոցում մեծ մասամբ հենց այդ գումարի էլ աշխատում է»։
Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե կոնկրետ առկա ինչ խնդիրներ կան, որոնք այսօր պետք է լուծում ստանան ուսուցիչը պատասխանել է․ «Եթե կրթության ծրագրային մասով ասեմ, ապա պետք է կրթությունն ավելի հետաքրքիր դարձնել։ Սովորելը և կրթություն ստանալը պետք է աշակերտին հետաքրքրի։ Օրինակ, եթե հայ գրականության մասով ասեմ, ապա այսօր 9-րդ դասարանի աշակերտին չի հետաքրքրում Խաչատուր Աբովյանը, իսկ մենք ստիպում ենք կարդալ «Վերք Հայաստանի» վեպը։ Այսօր կան մի շարք ժամանակակից լավ գրողներ որոնք ևս պետք է ներառել դասագրքերում։ Պետք է կրթությունը դարձնել հետաքրքիր, դա ամենակարևոր նախապայմանն է»։
