Այս հետաքրքիր պանրային ձվածեղն, իրոք, կախվածություն է առաջացնում, և հարցը միայն օգտագործվող բաղադրիչները չեն, այլ նաև այն, որ ներկայացվող ուտեստը շատ հեշտ է պատրաստելը:
Այն կարելի է մատուցել ոչ միայն նախաճաշին, այլև օրվա ցանկացած ժամի:
Պատրաստելու համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ են․
Լավաշ՝ թավայի չափսի կտոր
Ձու՝ 1 հատ
Պանիր՝ 30-50 գրամ
Երշիկ, խոզապուխտ կամ միս՝ ըստ ճաշակի
Աղ՝ ըստ ճաշակի
Ձեթ՝ 1 ճաշի գդալ։
Կարող եք ավելացնել այլ բաղադրիչներ՝ ըստ ցանկության
Պատրաստման եղանակը․
1. Ձուն խառնում եք, ավելացնում աղ: Եթե աղի պանիր եք օգտագործում, կարող եք աղ չանել:
2. Պանիրն անցկացնում եք քերիչի միջով:
3․ Lավաշի կտորը դնում եք ձեթով պատված թավայի մեջ, այնպես, որ ծայրերը մի քիչ դուրս գան թավայից։ Դնում ցածր կրակի վրա: Եթե լավաշը պնդոտ է, ապա կարող եք այն նախապես թրջել, կամ ձվի մեջ ավելացնել 1-2 գդալ կաթ կամ ջուր․ այդ ժամանակ լավաշը լավ կխոնավանա:
3. Լավաշի վրա լցնում եք ձուն, ապա՝ պանիրը:
Փաթաթում եք լավաշի ծայրերը և ավելացնում կրակը՝ լավաշը տապակելով երկու կողմից:
Ուշադրություն․ եթե կրակը միանգամից ուժեղ է լինում ապա լավաշը կվառվի, իսկ ձուն կմնա հում:
