Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Քիչ առաջ Նյու Յորքում ընթացող ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր Ասամբլեայում ելույթ ունեցավ Իլհամ Ալիեւը։
Նա հմտորեն շահարկեց Ադրբեջանի՝ Չմիավորված պետությունների շարժման նախագահող երկիր լինելու փաստը (100-ից ավել երկիր), հայտարարելով նաեւ, որ նրա նախագահության մանդատը կազմակերպությունում երկարացվել է եւս մեկ տարով, մինչեւ 2023 թվականի ավարտը։Նա փաթեթավորեց Արցախի բռնազավթված տարածքներում միջազգային ներդրումների հարցը ալտերնատիվ էներգետիկայի նախագծերի տեսքով՝ արեւային եւ քամու։Նա հայտարարեց, որ հպարտ է, որ Հայաստանը մարտադաշտում պարտության մատնվեց։Նա մեղադրեց Հայաստանին պատերազմական հանցագործությունների, ցեղասպանության, էթնիկ զտումների մեջ։Նա կրկին «չկարողացավ ապրել» առանց Սարգսյանի եւ Քոչարյանի մասին հիշատակման։44-օրյա պատերազմի մասին ողջ հատվածը զավեշտ էր, գլխիվայր շուռ տված աղաղակող կեղծիք։Նա դիմեց այլ երկրներին «հին աշխարհագրական տեղանունները» չօգտագործելու հորդորով, ասելով, որ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ» հասկացություն այլեւս չկա։Մենք մեղադրվեցինք նաեւ մշակութային, քաղաքային, ջրային, էկոլոգիական եւ այլ բարբարոսությունների մեջ։Նա կրկին կախվեց Գարեգին Նժդեհի տեստիկուլներից եւ մեղադրեց Սերժ Սարգսյանին 2016-ին նրա արձանը Երեւանի կենտրոնում բացելու մեջ։Նա կրկին խոսեց «Զանգեզուրի կորիդորի» եւ ականապատման քարտեզների մասին։Այս նոր «դրական ազդակներով» բարի գիշեր ձեզ։

Հ.Գ. Մոռացա գրել, որ Ալիեւը քար նետեց նաեւ Իրանի կողմը, հռչակելով Նիզամիին ադրբեջանական մշակույթի ներկայացուցիչ։
Նաեւ լսացրեց Ռուսաստանին եւ Իրանին, հայտարարելով «Ադրբեջանը փոխում է իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում եւ ԲՈԼՈՐԸ պիտի հաշվի նստեն դրա հետ»։
