Թուրքական մասնավոր ինքնաթիռ է վայրէջք կատարել Երևանում. «Փաստինֆո»
INTERNATIONAL NEWS«Փաստինֆո»-ն գրում է. «Թուրքական մասնավոր օդանավը ժամանել է Երևան, ապա կրկին օդ բարձրացել։ Թռիչքը մասնավոր ինքնաթիռով է իրականացվել, ուստի flightradar հարթակում հնարավոր չէ տեղեկանալ, թե ինքնաթիռը որտեղից է ժամանել ու ո՞ւր է ուղևորվում։ Հայտնի է միայն, որ փաստացի մեկնման ժամը 16։31-ն է և ինքնաթիռը Թուրքիայի օդային տարածքում է։
Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, ինքնաթիռը Երեւան է ժամանել Անկարայից։ Նշենք, որ Թուրքիայում, բացի նախագահից և վարչապետից, կառավարությունից միայն 3 մարդ է օգտվում մասնավոր ինքնաթիռներից՝ ԱԳ նախարարը, Պաշտպանության նախարարը և Թուրքիայի նախագահի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչն Իբրահիմ Քալինը։ Առաջին երկուսը Նյու Յորքում են՝ Էրդողանի հետ ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել էր, թե ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլիի միջոցով հանդիպման առաջարկ է արել իրեն: ՀՀ վարչապետի խոսնակն էլ տեղեկությունը չէր հերքել։ Մանե Գևորգյանը սեպտեմբերի 20-ին հայտնել էր, որ ՀՀ-ի և Թուրքիայի միջև շփումներ տեղի չեն ունեցել։
Տելեգրամի իր ալիքում Անդրանիկ Հովհաննիսյանը հայտնում է, որ ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Երևանում ոչ պաշտոնական այցով եղել են թուրքական պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչները։ Օգտատերը պնդում է, որ միայն այս տարի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեք հանդիպում է ունեցել թուրքական պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչների հետ ՝ Կազանում, Ալմաթիում և Բաթումում։
Հովհաննիսյանը մտավախություն է հատնել, որ առաջիկայում հանդիպումները հանրային կլինեն։ Կարծում է, որ Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման հեռանկարն է քննարկվել, սակայն Թուրքիան Հայաստանից պահանջում է կատարել երեք նախապայման․
«Ստորագրել Սյունիքի միջոցով տրանսպորտային միջանցք բացելու մասին վերջնական պայմանագիր։ Հրաժարվել Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման միջազգային օրակարգից։ Վավերացնել Կարսի պայմանագիրը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը հրաժարվում է Թուրքիայի հանդեպ տարածքային պահանջներից։ Միաժամանակ, Հայաստանը պետք է տա հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի դեմարկացիայի մեկնարկը ՝ ճանաչի Արցախը Ադրբեջանի մաս»,- գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը։
