Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ կայացած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել են հանրապետությունում կորոնավիրուսի համավարակով պայմանավորված իրավիճակը և պատվաստումային գործընթացը:

Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը ներկայացրել է իրավիճակը երկրում 2021թ. սեպտեմբերի 23-ի դրությամբ. ընդհանուր կատարվել է 1 669 977 թեստավորում, հաստատվել է 255 648 դեպք, բուժում է ստանում 11396 անձ, առողջացել է՝ 237 855, մահացել է՝ 5200, մահվան ելքեր այլ պատճառով՝ 1197: Երեկ կատարվել է 5823 թեստավորում, որից հաստատվել է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության 939 նոր դեպք, ունենք 592 առողջացած, 19 մահվան դեպք: Դպրոցական սեզոնի բացմամբ պայմանավորված՝ դեպքերի շարունակվող աճ է գրանցվում. հիվանդանոցային մահճակալային ֆոնդը գերլարված ռեժիմով է աշխատում, արձանագրվում է հիվանդության ծանր և ծայրահեղ ծանր ընթացքների ավելացում և վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքների գերծանրաբեռնում: Այս պահին Covid-ով վարակված պացիենտներին սպասարկում է 18 բժշկական կազմակերպություն: Ունենք 25 երեխայի և շուրջ 30 հղի կանանց հոսպիտալացման դեպքեր, նրանց վիճակը գտնվում է մշտական խիստ հսկողության ներքո: Ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում է գտնվում 169 քաղաքացի, թոքերի արհեստական օդափոխման սարքին միացված է 68 քաղաքացի:

Անդրադառնալով պատվաստումներին՝ Առողջապահության նախարարը զեկուցել է, որ այսօրվա դրությամբ Covid-19-ի դեմ իրականացված պատվաստումների թիվը 277 000-ից ավելի է, երեկ իրականացվել է ավելի քան 9900 պատվաստում: Դրական դինամիկայի մասին է վկայում քաղաքացիների տրամադրվածությունը. ԱՆ ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ եթե այս տարվա մարտ ամսին մարդկանց միայն 10 տոկոսն էր պատրաստ պատվաստել, ապա այժմ մոտ 50 տոկոսը կողմ է արտահայտվել պատվաստվելուն:

Վարչապետի հարցադրմանն ի պատասխան՝ նախարարը հավաստիացրել է, որ հանրապետությունում պատվաստանյութերի քանակը բավարար մակարդակի վրա է, գործընթացին զուգընթաց առկա պաշարները համալրվում են նոր խմբաքանակով:

Ծավալվել է մտքերի փոխանակություն կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը կանխարգելող հակահամաճարակային կանոնները պահպանելու և պատվաստման գործընթացը խթանելու անելիքների շուրջ: Մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է եղել ԱՆ կողմից հաստատված՝ 2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող հրամանին, համաձայն որի՝ տնտեսական գործունեություն իրականացնողները պետք է իրենց աշխատակիցներից պահանջեն պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատ կամ 14 օրը մեկ անգամ ՊՇՌ թեստավորման բացասական արդյունք:

Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է շահագրգիռ պետական կառույցներին՝ յուրաքանչյուրն իր մասով ապահովել հոկտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող հրամանի կիրարկումը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է այս օրենսդրական կարգավորման կարևորությունը՝ համաճարակային իրավիճակը կառավարելի շրջանակում պահելու և հանրային առողջապահական պատասխանատվություն ապահովելու համատեքստում և կարևորել այս ուղղությամբ հանրային լայն իրազեկումը:
