Հայաստանի, ՌԴ-ի և Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազները Նուր-Սուլթանում քննարկել են ԼՂ-ին առնչվող հարցեր

Ղազախստանի մայրաքաղաք Նուր-Սուլթանում կայացել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի, ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազ Իգոր Կրասնովի և Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազ Քամրան Ալիևի եռակողմ հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին առնչվող հարցերը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազությունը:
Նշվում է, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում Իգոր Կրասնովն ընդգծել է եռակողմ ձևաչափի արդյունավետությունը և հայտնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում օրինականության ամրապնդման և վերջին 9 ամիսների ընթացքում մարդկանց կյանքի կայունացման ուղղությամբ կողմերի կատարած աշխատանքների զգալի արդյունքների մասին:
Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր դատախազն իր հիմնական խնդիրն է համարել լարվածության թուլացումը տարածաշրջանի բնակչության շրջանում:
Նա կոչ է արել որպես տեղեկատվության փոխանակման ուղի ավելի ինտենսիվ օգտագործել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում գտնվող ռուս զինվորական դատախազներին դիմելու հնարավորությունը, այդ թվում ՝ կատարված խախտումների մասին հաղորդումներ փոխանցելու և քաղաքացիներին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու աշխատանքները շարունակելու համար:
Իգոր Կրասնովը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի գործընկերներին կառուցողական փոխգործակցության և ընդհանուր արդյունքի` խաղաղության եւ կայունության հասնելու համար` ի շահ տարածաշրջանի ժողովուրդների։
Նշվել է անհետ կորած անձանց որոնողական աշխատանքների ոլորտում փոխգործակցության դրական մակարդակը:
Միջոցառման ընթացքում կողմերը պայմանավորվել են շարունակել որոնողական աշխատանքները:
Գլխավոր դատախազները քննարկել են Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների հայտարարությունների կատարումն ու հետագա իրավական փոխգործակցության հեռանկարները:
Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել ռուս գործընկերոջը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության եւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ղեկավարների` 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության մարդասիրական ասպեկտների կատարմանն ուղղված ջանքերի համար:
Կողմերը հաստատել են ավելի վաղ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը շփումների ակտիվացման անհրաժեշտության մասին` հետագա լարվածությունը կանխելու համար:
