«Սրտի խոր ցավով տեղեկացա Կապանի բրիգադի առանձին տանկային վաշտի հրամանատար, փոխգնդապետ Ռուբիկ Աբրահամյանի անժամանակ մահվան մասին։
Դա անասելի ցավ է բոլորիս համար, նրանց, ում բախտ էր վիճակվել ճանաչել և աշխատել հմուտ և փորձառու զինվորականի, իսկական հայրենասեր, նվիրյալ ու կամային որակներով օժտված անձնավորության հետ: Նա իր հարուստ գիտելիքներն ու փորձը, հմտություններն ու կարողություններն առավելագույնս ծառայեցրել է հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը՝ մասնակցելով Արցախյան երեք պատերազմներին։ Անգնահատելի է նրա դերը Կապանի ինքնապաշտպանության կազմակերպման գործում, որի ժամանակ եղել է Ուժանիս-Ագարակ ուղղության հրամանատարը։
