Ռուսական հումանիտար արձագանքման կենտրոնի մասնագետները Ստեփանակերտում շարունակում են իրենց գործունեությունը ծավալել խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ընդունարանի և թեժ գծի միջոցով:
«Ինքներդ եք տեսնում, թե ինչ ծանր պայմաններում են ապրում փախստականները: Այստեղ հասցեական օգնություն ենք տրամադրել և տեսել ենք, որ ամբողջ հյուրանոցը լի է փախստականներով, երեկ հարկի համար մեկ խոհանոց է գործում և մեկ լվացքի մեքենա»,- նշել է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ներկայացուցիչ Դմիտրի Տուսիդին:
Նշվում է, որ հյուրանոցում, որտեղ հումանիտար ակցիա էր տեղի ունենում, ազատ սենյակներ չկան, բոլորը հանձնվել են Հադրութի շրջանի բնակիչներին:
Հաղորդվում է, որ բնակիչներին են փոխանցում առաջին անհրաժեշտության առարկաներ՝ հագուստ, կոշիկ երեխաների և մեծահասակների համար, լվացքի փոշի, գազայրիչներ, բարձեր, ծածկոցներ, անձնական հիգիենայի առարկաներ, խաղալիքներ, ինչպես նաև անհատական դեղատուփեր:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերից ի վեր ավելի քան 6500 տեղահանված անձինք հայտնվել են դժվարի իրավիճակում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, ստորագրվել է հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին են անցնում Արցախի յոթ շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հադրութը` բացառությամբ մի գյուղի, գյուղեր Ասկերանի ու Մարտունու շրջանից, ինչպես նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ և Մատաղիս գյուղերը։
