«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, սեպտեմբերի 19-ին, մինչ Սյունիքում ՀՀ երկու քաղաքացիներ անհասկանալի հանգամանքներում հայտնվել էին Ադրբեջանի կողմից վերահսկվող տարածքում, և հայտնի չէր, թե այդ միջադեպն ինչ հանգուցալուծում կունենա, իսկ դրան զուգահեռ ադրբեջանական զինուժն օրը ցերեկով բացահայտ ահաբեկում էր Որոտան գյուղի հատվածով երթևեկողներին, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հերթական «կերուխումի» մեջ էին։
«Վարչապետի գավաթ» հեծանվավազքի ավարտից ու պարգևատրումներից հետո, որն անցկացվել էր Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել է այդ «կարևորագույն» միջոցառման բարեհաջող անցկացումը նշել Ծաղկունք գյուղում, որն, ի դեպ, հայտնի է իր «էլիտար» ու թանկանոց ռեստորաններով ու հանգստի գոտիներով։
