Հարցը չի առնչվում զինված ուժերին. ԳՇ պետը՝ Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհի վերաբերյալ հարցին ի պատասխան

Տվյալ անձանց հարցն ուղղեք: ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ Արտակ Դավթյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այսպես արձագանքեց Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի Որոտանի հատվածում ՀՀ երկու քաղաքացիների անհետանալու դեպքին ու հարցին՝ տրամաբանությունն ինչ է հուշում՝ այդ անձինք կարո՞ղ էին շեղվել ճանապարհից:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ հարցով մեկնաբանություններ շատ են արվել. «Քանի որ դա Պաշտպանության նախարարության կամ զինված ուժերի հետ անմիջապես առնչություն չունի, չեմ մեկնաբանում»,-նշեց նա:
Հարցին՝ այդ ճանապարհահատվածը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար անվտանգ չէ՞, Դավթյանն արձագանքեց՝ ԱԱԾ-ն հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որը պետք է ի գիտություն ընդունել:
Այն հարցին, թե ՀՀ քաղաքացին այսօր ինչպե՞ս վստահ լինի, որ անվտանգ երկրում է ապրում, և եթե, օրինակ, ցանկանա Սյունիք գնալ, չմտորի՝ գնա՞լ, թե՞ ոչ, Դավթյանն արձագանքեց՝ մտորելու խնդիր չի տեսնում. «Յուրաքանչյուրը, գտնվելով իր տեղում, պետք է կատարի իր աշխատանքը բարեխղճորեն»:
Դիտարկմանը, որ գյուղապետներ կան, որոնք կարծիք են արտահայտել, որ եթե այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ է կառուցվում, ստացվում է՝ ՀՀ-ն հոժարակամ հրաժարվում է գործող Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհից, ԳՇ պետն արձագանքեց. «Հարցը չի առնչվում զինված ուժերին»: Հարցին՝ իսկ ու՞մ է առնչվում, Դավթյանն արձագանքեց. «Դուք որոշեք»:
Դիտարկմանը, թե դա անվտանգությանն է վերաբերում, Դավթյանը հարցով պատասխանեց՝ անվտանգությանն ինչո՞վ է առնչվում. «Ճանապարհ սարքելը ԶՈւ խնդի՞րն է, կամ որտեղով պետք է անցնի ճանապարհը»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին՝ Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի այն հատվածը, որտեղ այժմ ադրբեջանական անցակետ է տեղակայվել, մե՞զ է պատկանում, Դավթյանը կրկին չպատասխանեց՝ հղում անելով ԱԱԾ-ի՝ այդ ճանապարհի մասին արված հաղորդագրությանը. «ԳՇ-ն մեկնաբանություններ չունի»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին՝ երկրի անվտանգությունն իրեն չի՞ վերաբերում, ԳՇ պետը պատասխանեց, թե երկրի անվտանգությամբ յուրաքանչյուր գերատեսչություն զբաղվում է իր մասով. «Մենք անում ենք այն, ինչ մեզ է տրված. անվտանգությունն ենք ապահովում»,-ասաց նա:
