«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի՝ կառավարությանը մոտ կանգնած մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ այս օրերին ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է Ներքին գործերի նախարարութուն ստեղծելու հարցը: Բանն այն է, որ դեռևս ապրիլին հայրենի իշխանությունը հայտարարեց, որ ՀՀ գործադիր իշխանության մարմինների համակարգում պետք է կազմավորել ներքին գործերի բնագավառում պետական քաղաքականությունը մշակող և իրականացնող պետական կառավարման մարմին՝ Ներքին գործերի նախարարություն, ու պրոցեսը կանգնեց խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների պատճառով:

Հիմա գործադիրը նախագիծը վերջնական տեսքի է բերում խորհրդարան ուղարկելու համար: Ըստ այդմ՝ նախարարության ենթակա մարմիններ են լինելու ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը, Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայությունը, ինչպես նաև նախարարության ենթակայությանն է հանձնվելու ներկայումս ոստիկանության ենթակայությամբ գործող ուսումնական հաստատությունը՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության կրթահամալիրը։ Ենթակա մարմինների ղեկավարներին, բացառությամբ Ոստիկանության զորքերի, պաշտոնի նշանակելու և այդ պաշտոնից ազատելու է ՀՀ վարչապետը՝ ներքին գործերի նախարարի առաջարկությամբ։

Ոստիկանության զորքերի հրամանատարին նշանակելու և պաշտոնից ազատելու է հանրապետության նախագահը։ Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ փնտրվում է նաև անձ, որը այդ կառույցը կղեկավարի, քանի որ կառույցը տարբեր ֆունկցիաներ է ուենալու, ու գիտակ մարդ է անհրաժեշտ այդ կառույցը ղեկավարելու համար:
