INTERNATIONAL NEWSՊատերազմից մեկ տարի անց՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը, չնայած արված հայտարարություններին, չի վերսկսում իր աշխատանքը: Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Լին Թրեյսին անդրադարձել է հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն իր աշխատանքը դեռ չի վերսկսում:
«Մի քանի գործնական մարտահրավերներ կային համաշխարհային համավարակի պայմաններում ճանապարհորդելու հետ կապված, ինչպես նաև ընթաիկ քննարկումներ են եղել համանախագահների՝ միասին տարածաշրջան այցելելու վերաբերյալ, բայց դեռ չենք կարող համաձայնության հասնել տարածաշրջան այցելություն կազմակերպելու վերաբերյալ, որը կներառեր ԼՂ այցելությունը»,- ասել է նա:
Թրեյսին նշել է՝ որպես համանախագահ՝ մնում են ներգրավված, որպես ՀՀ գործընկեր աշխատում են քաջալերել բանակցությունները: ԱՄՆ դեսպանը կարծում է՝ տևական խաղաղության համար այն խնդիրները, որ հանգեցրին նախորդ տարվա մարտական գործողություններին, այն խնդիրները, որ հանգեցրել են երկար տարիների լարվածությանն ու առճակատմանը, պետք է լուծվեն բանակցությունների ու համապարփակ կարգավորման միջոցով:
«Հիմնական սկզբունքներից մի քանիսը, որ նախկինում կային, մնում են արդիական՝ տարածքային ամբողջականության, ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման, ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի չկիրառման սկզբունքները. սրանք բոլորը մնում են արդիական ու կիրառելի: Այս սկզբունքներն են մնում ուղղորդող, կողմնորոշիչ սկզբունքներ, որովհետև որպես համանախագահող ձգտում ենք տևական ու մնայուն խաղաղության, իսկ դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է համապարփակ բանակցություններ վարել, դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ կողմերը պատրաստ լինեն խոսել միմյանց հետ՝ անկեղծ, շիտակ ու պատրաստ լինեն անել փոխզիջումներ»,- ասել է Թրեյսին:
Դեսպանի խոսքով՝ ԱՄՆ քաղաքականությունն այսպիսին է՝ Միացյալ Նահանգներում հավատացած են, որ ԼՂ կարգավիճակը դեռ պետք է կարգավորվի, հակամարտությունը պետք է կարգավորվի, կարևոր է, որ կարողանան հասկանալ կողմերից յուրաքանչյուրի շահը և հետաքրքրությունը:
«Շահերից մեկը տարածքային ամբողջականությունն է, բայց ԼՂ ժողովրդի ինքնորոշումը հիմնական սկզբունքներից մեկն է եղել և մնում, որը չի կարող արհամարհվել»,- նշել է նա:
