Էրդողանը «մատնեց» Փաշինյանին

Նյու Յորք՝ ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեային մեկնելուց առաջ տված ասուլիսում Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանն ասել է, որ Վրաստանի վարչապետն իրեն է փոխանցել հանդիպման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկը։ Էրդողանն ասել է, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի բացումը դրական ներդրում կունենա ադրբեջանա-հայկական հարաբերություններում բարդությունների հաղթահարման գործում», դրանով պայմանավորելով նաեւ հանդիպման հնարավորությունը եւ հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների հաստատումը։
Էրդողանը փաստացի նախապայման է դնում։ Ավելի վաղ, ի պատասխան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Թուրքիայից դրական ազդակների վերաբերյալ հայտարարության, նա մի քանի նախապայման էր դրել, որոնք վերաբերում էին պատերազմի արդյունքների ու Ադրբեջանի ճանաչմանը, ինչպես նաեւ Թուրքիայի հանդեպ պահանջներից հրաժարվելուն։
Հատկանշական է, որ «դրական ազդակների փոխանակումից» հետո Մոսկվան անմիջապես հայտարարեց, որ պատրաստ է նպաստել հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը, բնականաբար՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ի «եռակողմ» պայմանավորվածությունների համատեքստում։ Էրդողանի նախապայմանները նույնպես վերաբերում են «եռակողմ» պայմանավորվածություններին։
Այսպիսով, հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղիղ ռեժիմը Մոսկվան ու Անկարան բացառում են, որի պատճառները մանրամասն շարադրված են Ուր են շտապում Պուտինն ու Էրդողանը. Փաշինյանի արժանապատիվ «Ցյուրիխը» հոդվածում։ Մոսկվան ու Անկարան լուծում են իրենց գոյութենական խնդիրները, եւ 1916-ի ու 1921-ի օրինակով պատրաստ են իրագործել նաեւ ներկայում՝ Հայաստանի մասնատման ու ինքնիշխանությունը վերացնելու միջոցով։ Փաշինյանի «խաղաղ դարաշրջանի» վերաբերյալ անհեթեթ պարզաբանումները չեն կարող քողարկել կործանման սցենարը։
