Անցնող տարում 928 մլն դրամ Տավուշին՝ կոմունալ ծախսերի փոխհատուցման համար

Կիսապատերազմական իրավիճակում գտնվող ցանկացած պետություն պետք է առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահի այն բնակավայրերն ու բնակիչներին, ովքեր անմիջապես «կրակի տակ» են գտնվում :
Հայաստանի «ամենաանհանգիստ» մարզերից մեկը Տավուշն է: Ընթացիք տարում հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում իրավիճակը պարբերաբար լարվում էր: Տավուշի սահմանամերձ համայնքները, այս տարվա հունվարի 5-12 ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, հակառակորդի գնդակոծության հետևանքով կրել էին նյութական մեծ վնասներ: Սա պահանջում էր շուտափույթ լուծում:
Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ անցնող տարում գործադիրը որոշում էր կայացրել, գնդակոծության հետևանքով վնասված բնակելի տների բնակիչներին ցուցաբերել պետական աջակցություն: 2015 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում Տավուշի մարզպետարանին հատկացրել էր մոտ 6.5 մլն դրամ 134 բնակչի գույքի կորուստը վերականգնելու համար: Բացի դա չմոռանանք, որ կառավարությունը պարտավորվել է մասնակիորեն կամ ամբողջովին փոխհատուցել սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչների հոսանքի, գազի, ջրի ծախսը, ինչպես նաև գույքահարկը, որի նպատակով էլ հատկացվել է 928 մլն դրամ:
