Առաջիկայում Ադրբեջանը կդիմի դատարան՝ Հայաստանին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման միջազգային կոնվենցիայի (ICERD) համակարգված խախտումների համար:

Ինչպես նշում է minval.az-ը, այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավար Լեյլա Աբդուլաևան:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանը ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր դատական մարմնում՝ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում, գանգատ է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանի դեմ՝ ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման միջազգային կոնվենցիայի (CERD) խախտումների հիմքով: 

Դատարանի հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ Հայաստանը հայտնել է, որ տասնյակ տարիներ Ադրբեջանը հայերին ռասայական խտրականության է ենթարկել և պետության կողմից հովանավորվող հայատյացության այս քաղաքականության արդյունքում հայերը ենթարկվել են ոչ միայն համակարգային խտրականության, այլև՝ զանգվածային սպանությունների, խոշտանգումների և այլ նվաստացումների:

Նշվել է, որ այդ գործելակերպը մեկ անգամ ևս առաջին պլան է մղվել 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայից հետո և զինված հակամարտության ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը թույլ է տվել կոնվենցիայի կոպիտ խախտումներ:

Հայաստանը ներկայացրել է նաև, որ ռազմական գործողությունների ավարտից հետո՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10–ին ուժի մեջ մտած հրադադարից հետո անգամ Ադրբեջանը շարունակել է հայ ռազմագերիների, պատանդների, կալանավորված այլ անձանց սպանությունները, խոշտանգումները և այլ նվաստացումները:

«Հայաստանը դատարանից պահանջում է պատասխանատվության ենթարկել Ադրբեջանին CERD-ի խախտումների համար, կանխել ապագա վնասները և փոխհատուցել արդեն պատճառված վնասը»,-ասված է հաղորդագրությունում:

Հայաստանը խնդրել է դատարանին նաև որոշակի ժամանակավոր միջոցներ կիրառել՝ ծայրահեղ հրատապությունից ելնելով:
