Սեպտեմբերի 15-ին ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին է դիմել Երևանի բնակիչ  66-ամյա Հմայակ Ամիրյանը, ով հայտնել է, որ Րաֆֆու փողոցի 39/1 հասցեում շինարարական աշխատանքներ կատարելու հետ կապված իր հետ վիճաբանության մեջ է մտել Երևանի բնակիչ,  69-ամյա Հովաննես Հունանյանը:

Ինչպես հայտնում է SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, դեպքի վայր մեկնած  ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի տեսուչին Հ. Ամիրյանը ասել է, որ  Հ. Հունանյանը իր հասցեին հնչեցրել է սպանության և առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու սպառնալիքներ:

Փաստի առթիվ համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքում նախապատրաստված նյութերը փոխանցվել են նույն բաժնի հետաքննական բաժանմունք:

Հ. Հունանյանն էլ  ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր է, նախկինում աշխատել է   ՀՀ փոխոստիկանպետի օպերգծով տեղակալ, իսկ ոստիկանություն  ահազանգած Հ. Ամիրյանը նույնպես նախկին ոստիկանության ծառայող է,  իսկ այժմ աշխատում է  «Առյուծ արքա» ՍՊԸ-ի հիմնադիր տնօրեն, ով Րաֆֆու փողոցի  39/1 հասցեում շինարարական աշխատանքներ է կատարում և, ըստ Հ. Հունանյանի, նա ապօրինի մտել է իր աղջկան պատկանող տարածք և ինքը նրան հորդորել է, որպեսզի իր աղջկա տարածքում շինարարական աշխատանքներ չկատարվի, ինչից հետո Հ. Ամիրյանը ահազանգել է ոստիկանություն:

Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի  16-ին, Հ. Հունանյանը, ըստ աղբյուրի, ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին:
