Ինչպես հայտնի է, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փաստացի հրաժարվեց երկրում կոշտ վեթինգ իրականացնելու գաղափարից, ՀՀ-ում իրենց գործունեությունը ծավալող արևմտյան ֆինանսավորմամբ հայտնի կազմակերպությունների իրավաբանական «բլոկը» անընդհատ բոլոր հարթակներում տվյալ հարցը փորձում էր բերել հանրային օրակարգ և դարձնել առաջնային դիսկուրսի թեմա։ Թերթի տեղեկություններով, հենց տվյալ շրջանակների ջանքերի շնորհիվ է, որ հիշյալ հարցը դարձյալ հայտնվել է իշխանությունների տեսադաշտում։ Ավելին, տեղեկություններ կան, որ այս ընթացքում իշխող ուժի փորձագետներն արդեն մի քանի անգամ եղել են համապատասխան գրասենյակներում և որոշակի «կուրսեր» անցել։
